They keep calling at work. They are harrassing me every way that they can.  They say they are from CAsh Advance USA Cash ADvance USA say they do not contact anyone by phone.  Please make them stop.  They use names like Stephen Joihnson, Tom Scott, many molre.

Wee ours is worse. They call stating that we are associated with the one that they are trying to collect from.  How they got our number nobody knows

I got this phone call today. Total scam. Have no idea who they were, they did not identify. Just left a voice mail. Called from #000000. Said I would go to jail. What the ff.

They say they are BCS to collect loans

Said I owed for a loan not true

Do anyone know what's it is about? So have I

They had the nerve to call me twice, I told them my attorney would be handling it, they asked me to wait and speak to a supervisor before they disconnected....

I recieved a called from this number and he has all of my personal information.  Then he claim that he is going to press charges against me if I do not pay $543.00.  I asked them what law firm he suppose to work for he got upset and told me if I report him to BBB he is going to sue me and I am going to jail. He also told me that I had three charges against my ssn.  The number that was on my caller id was zeros is this person a prank?

SCAM.  I received a call today on my cell, showed up as 247 did not answer, he left voicemail saying he was Patrick Commers & working for TCH in regards to a legal matter & that I needed to call him right away.  He also called my daughter & sister looking for me saying I had used them as references on a loan & that I was committing fraud.  I am not calling him back & risking running up charges on my phone.  Heard of this scam before & actually had them call my work last year with the same crap.  I have never used my sister as a reference & do not have any loans so know it will go nowhere.

Got a call today at work my co worker was taking down the message when I walked in and ahe was like here. I read it over called them right back and asked for the lady Susan Wilson , I was told that she was busy , they guy then started to tell me about a loan that I recieved and i was telling  him that I didnt recieve any lone he then told me that i can go to court and allthis other s*** . Iwas upset so I told him to give the phone to some one that doesnt have a strong accent so I can understand  what is going on . Pooint blank its a f****n scam called my bank and let them know what was going on, so glad I closed that account . When I called them back , I to get more information on when it was deposited and a tracking number , the same guy answered the phone ? And I asked him for this information and he said that he didnt have a date just the month so i told him to give me the month and the year and he stumbled so when I asked for the tracking number or confirmation number he told me that its an eft deposit I told him that I  work with eft deposits and they giving tracking numbers he hung up on me

I noticed that I didn't start receiving these cals until I went and applied for a loan at a local place in my home town. Apparently they sold my info to companies because how else would they get my ss#, my cell and WORK #!!! I'm so mad because it makes you feel like you can't do anything without someone trying to scam you or rob you of something!!! I'm so frustrated because its hard enough in this world to survive with the economy the way it is right now. So I guess I'm on my way to change my # and I've learned my lesson to not EVER apply for a loan or almost anything that has to do with the internet!!! Best of luck to everyone!

WOW! They are persistent and obnoxious. I have no idea who they are or how they know me because they won't say anything specific, but the guy was certainly not afraid to try any scare tactic necessary. He insists that there is an active law suit against me but cant tell me who filed it or in what court. He cant even tell me if it was his company that filed it. I finally got rid of the guy and he threatened me with "You'll see what happens to you in 24 hours!" Definitely a foreign call. Sounded like India.

I got many calls from them and they wont leave me alone.  This is been going on for a year now.  Dont give them any banking information.  They actually had the nerve to instruct me to send a pre paid card to them..

Got a call from them today saying that I owe some ACH thing and then the first guy who is from who knows where was for sure not english speaking then he put someone else on the phone and they said they were with the federal government I said I do not think so today is a holiday and the federal government is closed then they hung up on me.

also this person uses different names and i was told some of them are computer altered

omg the same thing is happing to me i reported it to my local police to have it one file it is def a scam!!!!!

I received a message about this number earlier today, it shows up on my cell as 0000000, they said they were calling in regards to my boyfriend who used my name and number as a reference for him to get a loan, he says he has no idea what they are talking about, he has never taken out a loan, but I am still worried how they got MY number?  Has anyone else had this issue?

I just had the same mother f****r called me saying that he was an attorney he has all my information and try to scare me then the next day I called the number on my voice mail that he left I trace the number its a over sea number area code on that is a
422 or 442 these bi*** all of a sudden took 900 dollars out of my account I block my account told the police in ny that's where it is locate. So hope the cops catches them low life bi****s

I just received a call from this number AT WORK...how did they get this number? Far Eastern accent but said her name was Susan Wheeler?? helloooo .... and would not share her supervisors name, business address, what vendor she was representing...so don't worry - it is a scam....you should report it to your local police...

I've been receiving phone calls from 347 418 0400 saying that i owe money to a loan agencie, but it sounds like the person trying to collect the money is from pakistan. he has all of my information and tells me that if i dont pay he will send me to court. Does anybody know if this is a fake?
