I received a call from this number (347) 627-1136 and stated his name is kevin sparks stated in 5 days someone will come to my work place to give me a court order and I have a loan pending.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

This company keeps calling and harassing me my supervisor pulled me into the office this company is very rude and curses at you

i got the same call by the same name. very rude and nasty he will not stop at my place of business i dont know what to do

i have been getting calles at work at least twenty times a day saying i owe money. Never heard of this company before. They also say nasty and sexually language, What can be done about this.

The same "Andy Smith" that has called some of you, also contacted my work (347-418-0507). I wasn't the one who answered the call, but one of my colleagues did. Talk about MAJOR embarrassment!! My colleague told me that this guy called and asked for me. He supposedly says it was a legal matter....well, IF it was a legal matter, "Andy Smith" shouldn't have divulged that information to ANYONE! I'm not wasting my time, nor should others....

I was called by an Indian guy who said his name was Kevin Sparks.  He tried to tell me I owed a debt to Cash Advance America and that legal proceedings would start if I didn't pay and I could be arrested.  He didn't want to give me his number or name or name of his company until I pushed for it.  This is the 3rd or 4th time an indian person with a thick accent and american name called me about some loan I didn't take out.

(347) 418-0507 is a number that is calling my phone saying myself or someone using my social security number has committed fraud and they need me to return their call to Officer Billy Brown as soon as possible to take care of this matter or they will press charges.  The caller is clearly from India and his mother named him Billy Brown??? Poor kid.
This is a SCAM! They are trying to scare Americans into thinking they will go to jail if they don't pay a debt that may or may not be yours, they don't care who's debt it is, they just want you to send them money but in reality there is no debt at all.  If you have ever applied for a payday loan online, you have given them skunks permission to sell your phone number and name.  They sell your information to these blood sucking telemarketers that target naïve Americans.  I can't imagine how much money they have stolen from the elderly or just plain ignorant people.  How sad.  Our government needs to stop this and let them know that if they want money they have to earn it and they can't get away with stealing from us!  It makes me sick! Come on F.B.l. do your job and put these people in prison so a big, ugly man named Bubba can make them his "Girlfriend"  Pretty Please?

How do I get these people from stop calling??  I blocked them from my cell phone, but they are calling my work literally with 10-20 different numbers.  Can anyone offer any advice?

received a call at work came up with private # from 543-465-4768 Jason Black heavy east indian accent. telling me I need to call him back right away @ 347-418-0507. These frickin people are just like the Nigerian scammers they sit in front of phones trying to bilk hard working americans out of their money. I am so frickin fed up with all of them. I let all my calls go to voice mail.

Shawn Parker, hahahaha he was  Sean Marshall for me now hes Jack Harper!!  Been calling me for 2yrs now, ive argued with them i owe them nothing and they are scammers and he straight up sai "you know u are a B*%#%!" hahahaha and hung up!
They do stop for awhile then try again, so annoying, im about to tell them i no longer work here!

Both you and your employer need to file complaints.  Also warn your employer that these extortion scam operations are ramping up there attacks by blowing the phones up similar to a DDOS attack.   Do print these out and take them to your employer.
You might wish to consider getting a call blocking device or phone, using blocking apps on cell and also your employer may wish to contact their phone service provider to block.

getting the same treatment at home and work.....how do I stop these people from calling me !! do I call the FTC or what, this stuff needs to stop immediately

I just got off of work and before I leave to go home I check my phone and there was a message on there from a Dexter Morgan who claims he is an attorney of law from the legal department and quotes the last four digits of my Social Security Number.  He also said, "If I did not won't my legal rights violated to get in touch with him to resolved the matter.  I checked my phone to see if the 3474180507 was in my missed calls but it was unavailable.  If this is a SCAM, I will sue for harassment.

Yes they have been calling me for the past two years. the name i get is Allen Gibson, Jeffrey Parker, and many other names. The Indian man is very rude and disrespectful. He cursed me and the people i work with out. threatened to sue us all and even told us to smd. He is horrible. So i retaliated one day by calling him all day and cursing him out and threatening him to come outside. He no longer called me and  guess what, I got a call today. I told him to send me something in the mail and i hung up on him> IT IS A SCAM AND IF YOU CAN INGORE HIM AND HIS RUDE A**.

I've started getting calls from this number to my work phone.  I tried calling the number back but it's busy.  Something needs to be done about this issue.  

I have been getting calls from this number, Sean Parker legal department.  Claims I have loan with American Cash Advance.
He called my work and I'm very mad.  I played with him and said I could not make payment today, he asked when, I said 2 weeks, he said Okay I'll call you back and hung up. LOL

Have been callin for weeks I told them to rake me to court. We will see what happens. It is ridiculous.

This number keeps calling claiming that they have court order papers for me yeah I do not know what they're talking about.the Indian man they called me even got my name wrong.

Omg....I got this strange phone call about contacting an officer. When I called the number back a Chinese guy answered...its funny how they pulled up my job number. Anyways he goes on to tell methstbinowed money from a loan from 2011,but I knew he had the wrong person cause I am not allowed to get a loan...I called the number back the next day...guess what...it rings twice and then hangs up

person called again 8:13 am this morning, saying he was david miller from legal dept from PC# used the number 415-364-1111 as the number he called from...east indian accent,,,,,said my name and last 4 didgets of ss number I am a senior and this is blatent harassment and illegal if this is coming from another state......corrersion...wrong....

called today, unknown phone number but with a referreral to the 347 number,said he was David Miller, legal officer from PCS which I have never done any business with. had a thick Indian accent and said they had my full name including my middle initial ( which I do not use) and social security number and there is a court case and a marshal going to come out and serve me and would I call the 347 number or my credit will be ruined for many years..never mentioning what the debt is or really who it is from...third party zombie debt from 10 years ago?   I have seen all of the above comments and I knew when they called it was a scam. using FCC airways and harassment should be illegal and these bottom feeders need to be shut down...yes thanks everyone for your comments...(used my private cell phone)

Calling our office as well. Same story as Beyond Annoyed. Could not hardly understand him. Asked for the address, he indicated 1771 Jefferson St, NY 49837.....yeah, that's a pathetic zip code for NY!! When you google the zip, it's in Michigan.

A "Andy Smith" called my job after my shift was over & the evening Receptionist left a note on my desk stating to call this # regarding urgent legal matters. I called the # as soon as I saw the note. It kept ringing so I hung up. I wondered if it was a scam # because they've called me before at this same work # before & had to tell them off twice. Then I found this site & I'm sure it's a scam now. Thanks11

They started calling my work and got my supervisor as well!  I called back and it was and man he sounded like he was from India but gave an America name the first name was Aaron!  He said I needed to pay 500 dollars for a payday loan that I took out and never paid!  I told him I don't have a payday loan he said either pay it or we will come to your work and arrest you in (named my city) I said come on I am calling the sheriffs department and will have them meet you!  they stopped for a while but have started again!!! There has got to be a way to stop this crap!  A lot of ppl are getting ripped off!  I called the attorney generals office and the lady informed me it was a scam and not to respond anymore that they will just change their number and keep calling!!!
