THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I have been getting calls from this guy with a heavy middle eastern voice saying that he is with the (federal crimes investigations) and I owe money for a loan. First thing is (federal crimes investigation) does not exist. The number traces back to NYC. I contacted the NYC FBI and they told me that they are aware of this person and are currently trying to find out who he is.DO NOT give this person any info, contact your local police and make a harassment complaint,if possible block the number,and then send the NYC FBI an email with the name that he gives and the number that he calls from and a detailed account of the call.

They keep calling over and over again then sent an email to me somehow saying that I received a eft loan but I never have and dont even know who they are sayng I will be sued and going to jail, then they listed themselves as Carlos Matoya with the Justice Department and this so called attorney was prosecuted for fraud and in jal. then they called my company line...I advise send me docs otherwise fall back or yes we can speak with my attorney..

They ALWAYS give generic English names but they are calling us via Skype from India.  It is a SCAM so do NOT give them any information.  Simply say "I know this is a scam and I am calling the FCC, Attorney General's Office, the FBI, and the local police."  They simply hang up or curse at you and then hang up.

After the fourth voice mail on my home phone addressed to my son by these phonies, I got really pissed and (God, I hope *67 works) called them from my cell and yelled at them telling them what idiots they are and that I know that fraud is their intent.  The guy interrupted me a couple times, and I just yelled at him telling him he needed to shut up and listen.  I stated that he'd been reported to the police and that he'd better never ever again call my home phone.  Then the idiot had the nerve to ask me what phone number that is.  I said, "I'm not giving you ANY information...you already have too much!"  After he hung up on me, I called back a couple more times to shout insults. I know that didn't do much good, but it felt good to yell at them and get that out of my system.  Perhaps everyone should call them back and yell at them til they hang up.

These people called my company.  I reported one call in particular, one just comes up as coming from U.  As well, they threaten cops coming to the door.  Called the FBI on the U once, and gave numbers of others that didn't make any sense (like overseas numbers).

This number is a scam.  Do not even call them back.  Do not give them any information.  They called my business line with my personal information which was red flag Number One, meaning that if you are a small business owner with your name and number out there online, the chances are that they are calling other service providers like myself.  Also, when legal charges are filed, the authorities SERVE you wth paperwork.  No one gets arrested for a first time serving of orders for owing $300, at least not in my Region of the United States.  What is disgusting is that Fraud scams like this prey on honest, hard-working people that are trying to "follow the rules", and in hard economic times people feel lucky to have any extra cash.  Don't support this abuse by paying these people or even resonding to them.

I recieved a call at work telling me i owe $300.00 from a payroll advance company called PayChex USA, from last year... that is bs. I requested more information and they said they were not obligated to give me anything but I had to settle with them or I was going to jail for a long time... again bs. I looked back to my bank statements from the beginning (yes I keep my statements... 7 years back and counting...) and glad I did.

No where in my 7 yrs worth of statements show a deposit from PayChex USA.... if they call my employer again... lets just say as most employers; calls are recorded....

btw.... not to mention that they have my current information (including back #), why didnt this so called payroll advance co. contacted me in 10/2010 like these idiots....???

I got the call to my employer, pakistanian voice by the name of an america "Steven Johnson' from BCS... he transfered me to his Supervisor, He said that I owed $300.00 from a cash advance loan company from 10/2010. When I asked for their 800 # to the cask advance loan company he said I didnt needed it cause they sold the debt to them. the supervisor demanded that I handle the arrangment now over the phone, he was rude and persistent. I was asking him to send me a bill of the payment required and he was saying that is not protocol.... First time I hear that when collecting money you do not have to send a bill. Crazy idiot. I was scammed a couple of times before and unfortunately was played for a fool. but this time the call was recorded and was confident that I wasnt gonna be played for a fool.  No 800 number to give and no bill either.... I should've said the phone call is recorded

This is a TOTAL SCAM!!  Ask them to send legal papers - and you will never get them.  I fell for this once and they keep calling back.  It really irritates them if act like you are considered and worried and let them tell you how much you need to send - they will tell you it has to be money order or prepaid card.  once they tell you the amount - tell them you will verify this with the local authorities and tell them never to call again.  I keep getting calls from them so I just jerk their chains ... it is a SCAM!

This same person has called my cell and work phone several times a day. Caller ID either shows unknown # or 190. Very thick accent, what you can make out of what he is saying makes no since at all. I answered once last week and told them they had the wrong number and he started being very vulgar to me and then said I love u baby......disgusting.  Yesterday they called 4 times in a 5 minute period asking for a different person everytime on voice mail. This person/persons are nuts. Totally a scam.

i just recieved the same call from the same people and they want me to go to a fax and send them a photo and they want me to pay them 700. 00 dollars for a loan i never had. i dont know what to do please help.

1. change your number.
           or
2. pick up the phone and say 'no buddy by this name '
and the will not call you for months,

they are more than 1000 people. in different groups. who are calling you.

Don't these stupid idiots ever stop they started calling me over 8 months ago than the calls stop.  Today, I received a call again from PCS at 347-434-2529.  Same people from before. Isn't there anything investigators can do to stop these people?  I'm just so sick of them. I've already received 4 calls on my cell phone and 4 at my work.

A middle eastern man called asking for my husband. When I told him he wasn't avaliable then he put me on hold and another man talked to me. He said his name is David Walker. He said he couldn't discuss anything with me because he had to talk to my husband. All he would say is that he had a case against my husband and if he didn't call by tonight then he would be in huge legal problems because he has an outstanding loan. He refused to give me any more information.

The deal is my husband only has a loan out at our bank at this time so I have no idea what he was talking about.

I got the same caller from my phone. He called me and forced me with charges that I have to pay him $562.00. He said that i will get arrested and be put to jail because of the money laundering. He gave me his number : 206-426-6099, 206-600-6980, & 646-480-7486 and his name is Mark Hall. I will cahnge my number and have the investigator look in to it.

i receve that same phone call saying that i owe money   $462.00 told that i didnt receive nothing from  them i told them send me some proof if you are legiate and that if i sign any thing so the caller Mark Hall which he had india accent said are you going to pay yes or no  i told him no so he say i will keep calling your employee and you will get fire  call my employment over 50 times using upscene language.He wanted  me to fax my debit card information over a photo id  over to him i told him he was crazy, So for starter i changed my phone number i will be contacting the 3 credit bureaus and my attorney general from  my state,

I too got a phone that was concerning my husband. The person has a pakistien accent and said that if he did not call him back than he will be arrested within 24 hours. He stated that he has all of his personal infomation and started asking legal question in which I refused to answer. Than i contacted the local police department and talked to an invesigator about this to see if this was accurate. the guy on the phone gave me a number for my husband to contact him back on and gave his name as Mark Hall and said that he was a federal police finance investgator. Also gave me a badge number so, I call the invesgator back and gave him that information and not fraud invesgators are looking into this.

Be aware and do not give anyone any information. He will say that he is a cop and has a pakistein voice and hard to understand. The number that was give to me was 347 434 2529. This is a fraud and these people if found can be charged with fraud but no is able to chance them. If you get this call just hang the phone up and do not give any infomation.

Thank You for all the great information. Everything you said they tried. I asked for proof & they hung up. Then they called back. They stated they would come to my work & arrest me. They said they were going to take me to court & it would cost over $7000.00 but they would settle for $575.00, Then it came down to $400.00 then down to $300.00. They want me to fax them something so they can deduct from my visa debt card. Also want a copy of my driver licence.  I am going to file report with all these agencies.
