I got the same message. They mentioned my 'real' name and then addressed the call to another guy and kept listing my name and this other poor soul in their scripted message about a legal problem against my social secrity number. Same phone number to call back. I could barely barely understand the man's message. Very thick accent.

I got a call from  John Tayler claiming I was being investigated.. which I am not ,  I called the number given and asked for them to stop calling  me and they hung up!!   They have called 4 times  just in one day...

My call came from a 209-555-1214 number and I told him that it was not me. They left that number 347-434-2547 for me to call them. The guy starting telling me that they were filing an Affidavit and something else. Could not understand the guy very broken english. When I told which county they were filing the affidavit, he could not respond and hung up.-

My husband got a call today from this number. He said his name was Mark Stevens and he's in California, When my husband told him that I reported the last number they called from to the attorney general, he started cussing him out. My husband called back and asked for Mark Stevens. The guy said he wasn't in, but he was the supervisor. After telling him he would only talk to Mark Stevens, the guy said "He's not in mother f**ker!" We've been harrassed by them for about 4 months now, but this is now the 2nd number they've used.

I received a call from this number in regards to one of my friends, they have a very heavy accent and are looking to get a hold of my friend.

THese people constantly are calling my job and leaving threating message even though I have told them I don't have any case with them or any lenders.. Heavy Accent and very broken speech. Could barely make out what he was saying.

According to a pay day lender they say that they represent says they are a scam and that the FTC is investagating them. Ohio attorney generals office says the same. Ohio Attorney's Office says just tell them that you reported them to the FBI and after a couple calls later to cuss you out they will stop.

It is a scam!!!

they called to report fraud with my name and social  security card and told me i only have a short time to get back to them.  They have a real heavy accent to them.  They called before about a year ago.  i wish this people would stop calling me.  I took care of all my bills and I don't believe them.
