this number keeps calling and telling i work for a company that is going sue me because i am cashing bad paychecks from my employer

Got a rude and threatening message from Joy Watson at 347-435-2172. I've heard of these before and I was prepared, so I had some fun with the 3rd world caller when I returned the call. After exchanging some tough talk with the skinny little Indian creep, I invited him to my house so I could put a bullet up his nose. This triggered a long litany of profanity and he abruptly hung up. Don't take any crap from these losers. They are cold calling to find a few scared elderly or gun-shy residents to try and squeeze some money out of them. Just give it back to them with both barrels. Simply prepare yourself prior to returning their calls, have a good solid offensive line to deliver, and let them have it. Guaranteed, they will hang up because they realize that you are on to them. Better yet, send them to my house - I'll put one up their nostril. And don't worry. They cannot do anything to you. Guaranteed.

they say the are from PCS, Protective Consumer Service or something like that. There number is blocked too on caller ID. Came up as 36. They stated my dad took out a loan and I was a reference and they needed to get in touch with him. its a NY area.  I actually asked if someone else there spoke better english, f**kers.  Who has a name like Johnny Bliss.

Check this out...I received the same thing at my job and several Voice Messages. They have my last 4 of my SSN, they know my manager's name and a few friends and my brother. These things can be accessed on web sites based on a few tidbits of infomation about the individual being scammed. AND THIS IS A SCAM, people. I tried calling back and got a message:"The Magic Jack subscriber you are trying to call is not available right now...leave a message." These people are from India or someplace, working at phone banks, and piggybacking their number from a legitimate business someplace. I filed a local police report when this happened to me a couple of years ago, and was told there is nothing you can do, but ignore them, and they will eventually give up, knowing you are not a mark they can exploit. DO NOT GIVE IN. Today, a fellow associate of mine called them and said they just received a call from this number and it was from their bank. They quickly agreed to this and told her it was a bill she owed for $480 and they wanted her credit card to make a payment. Bottom line: They want your card and will do anything to get money from you. So, if you have a few moments, screw with them back! Waste their time, and prevent them from making any money scamming others. It's fun!!!

I have received 2 calls on my cell phone and 1 to my work phone. When I called them back I was greeted wwith the same attitude as stated above. I was not given any information about the company calling. They stated they were calling on behalf of Cash Advance America (which I have never done business with) and claimed I owed money for outstanding debt. I informed them I have no business with Cash Advance and the guy proceeded to berate me and tell me I could hire an attorney to remedy the matter. He said I would be receiving a subpoena by fax. When I informed him I worked in a law firm and that subpoena's could not in fact be faxed, he became irate and said he would "see me in court." DO NOT GIVE anyone at this number any information about you. It is a TOTAl SCAM!

They did the same thing to me.  They called me on my cell phone first, then they called my work and threatened to call my employer.  Talked so fast about a pay day loan or something.  Was very rude and I agree they need to be stopped.

This same person is calling my daughter .....my employer ...and my friends....Claiming this is a legal
matter from Macy's.....This is untrue.......

They just did the same thing to me at work..and wouldnt even tell me what it was about..what do i do? same number here.

This # is calling me and my friends. They claim this is a legal matter and are threatening my friend with a lawsuit. How do they get information  Thet also have last 4 numbers of my social.

I just received 2 voice mails within 5 minutes from each other at my work line, same story: you owe a lot of money, legal matter , bla, bla , bla. extremely broken english with a very heavy middle eastern accent. This is obviously a phishing scam but the fact that they have my name and phone number is very concerning,

This place is getting info and numbers of my friends and co workers and calling them and cursing them out. They need to be stopped and reprted by everyone.

I recieved a phone call yesterday from 347-435-2172 PCS Legal saying if I didn't call them they would notify my references (?) and my employer and I would lose my job.  Today one of my friends called to let me know that they had called her as well.  I have no idea how they got her phone number and told her that is was a call from PCS Legal and that I had comitted fraud at a past job.  She called and they told her that if I didn't pay them she would be liable.  I looked the phone number up and it comes up connect to Advance Cash USA.  I called and I asked for Kevin Mack or Mock who is the name left on the voice mails.  The guy said "are you the same mother F lady.  What the F do you want."  This is a SCAM.  If they call you do not given them any personal information, do not call them.  Report them to the FBI and Better Buisness Bureau.

My supervisor called and told me I had a message left with him saying I was in tons of legal trouble and was looking at being garnished. I call the number back 3 times. The first time they simply said 'hello', I said "Hi, what is the name of your company?", they hung up on me.  The second time they answered with "yes" I said, "Hi I had a missed call from this number who is this?" He hung up again. The third call they answered with "Hello" I said "Hi my name is Sabrina and I am returning a call", he said "what are you calling about?" I said "Some legal trouble or something" he said, 'oh yes you owe a lot of money and we have a court date on Monday, bring your attorney and meet us there" I said "ok well what date and time and we'll be there" he said 'bi*** you dont have a calendar? This monday you stupid c***, look you dumb mother f****r s*** my **** and pay us our money or we will come to your house and take it ourself" I said "oh my, I should just have my attorney call you" He yelled "BI*** PAY ME OUR MONEY AND IT WILL GO AWAY. YOU STUPID C*** MOTH******ER S*** MY ****!"  Then he hung up again.   I have not taken a payday loan out in 4 years and I paid every cent back. I know for a fact I do not have anything on my credit report as he told my supervisor. He had my home phone number, my work phone number and the last 4 to my social security number. This is a joke and it is not funny because they are violent and throw accusations around everywhere.

A guy named Don or John Anderson continues to call my job several times a day, He is rude, swears ,calls me names,he has spoken with my boss and continued to harass her as well I have contacted the police twice about this harassing guy, the police tried to call him several times, but Don or John will not answer back, he claims he is a officer, he claims I will be arrested, ect ect. This is beyond a bill collector, the police believe it is a scam, or someone who has stolen my identity, this is a scam, I believe this guy gets his kicks off calling random numbers and threatening people. If you get a call from the number, DO NOT answer it!

How do these people get our information?  They have been calling my place of business and my cell phone.  This is a brand new number I have so how the heck did they acquire it.  What do we as citizens need to do to stop this kind of harassment?

Received a message at home to call them about a legal matter.  When I called back, a Paul was very rude and obnoxious, after some heated exchange, he told me I owed on a car I own, and needed to be paid immediately, or legal action would be taken.  After telling him the vehicle was 13 years old, bought it new, and has been paid for for years at a local bank. I told him he was full of ----, and I would take legal action for having my personal information ! How do these people get away with!

THIS GUY NAMED DON ANDERSON HAS BEEN CALLING AND HARASSING ME AT WORK, THREATENING ME WITH PAPERS BEING SERVED, CALLING CO WORKERS LIARS BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WEREN'T ME. THIS HAS HAPPENED 5 TIMES IN THE PAST TWO DAYS.

Calling and harassing me on my job about a paid day loan. try to get info to contact my lawyer refuse to give it to me. Also talk with my manager wouldn't give Her any information. These people need to be lock up some how they are getting people information.

This is a scam call,  I told him to Fax me the papers...I am still waiting for them...I told him I work for the Fed. gov. and I was having this call traced....he started talking facs and hung up.....

I recieved a call from this number not only to my cell phone but also to my company.  They are claiming I am refusing to pay back a pay day loan that was deposited to my bank account. Not only did they have my numbers but the last 4 of my SSN and bank acct number.  They yelled (barely speaking english of course) told me I was in tons of legal trouble and also to give them the name of by boss because they were going to call her and tell them that I was a liar, fradulant, and don't pay back my loans.  I asked them what company they represented and asked if they could give me their contact number so maybe I could get some more information from them and get this straitended out.  They told me I was not allowed to call them and that if I wanted to dispute this I could come to the courts.  I asked them where the court they refused to tell me anything and that I would be recieved legal paperwork by morning.  I told them I was happy to heart that becuase the papers may be able to sort out things that I couldn't understand from their blabbering.  He then again demanded my bosses name and I giggled and told them if they have all these great lawyers then they could prob figure that out on their own.  He then proceeded to yell that if I thought he was joking the trouble would be so much worse for me and then hung up.  I proceeded to research the company they claimed to be representing and contacted them to ask them if I had any oustanding loans with them.  They stated no and when I told them my situation she said not to give any info to them because I was being targeted for a scam.  I am not worried about owing money that I really dont but am afraid because they have so much of my personal info.

This number is calling me on a daily basis-  4 to 5 times a day on my cellphone.  I tried to call the person that called me, they preceeded to curse me out call me all kinds of names.  I could not get any information as to why this person or company was calling.
