recd call from a man from pcs legal dept. Sound like he was from India He said I have a lawsuit in court, have my information. When I  tried to asked question, he transfered me to supervisor. I thought it was a scam and I hang up the phone The only number that showed u[p on my phone is prefix 258.. They havent call back. I did have a paydayloan but it was paid in full.

same here they have been calling me for months each time they tell me to go to some court or else it after my credit and all sort of bull s***.anyway the law should deal with people and put them behind bars.

Same thing they called my work then my cell I told them not to call either number again and hung up and within seconds received a call at my work.  They then left this number as a call back number.  The man said he was with the legal department had a very heavy accent could barely understand him.  Just keep hanging up.

Same thing here, he called my cell phone twice and left a voicemail both times within five minutes of each other. His name this time is Eric (or Derek, can't really tell) Copper.

Same thing, different day...heavy Middle eastern accent.  Says his name is Kevin Black.  Says he has my information such as address/bank information/ssn/etc.  I just reject the call and he leaves voice messages.  I have already placed fraud alerts on my credit reports..guess I need to do the same to my bank account information.

I received calls from them today. Very Indian sounding...I'm glad I researched the number. They said "this is a very serious manner and if you do not return this recall in a timely manner, I wish you good luck!"

Just received a call from these f**kers. Very scary !!! Can't understand them. This chick sounded Mexican or Middle Eastern. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY!!!!

I received a call at work today stating they were with the legal department and I was going to be arrested if I did not pay them.  I told them not to call me again  at work or on my cell phone and hung up.  I then within seconds got a call on my cell that came up 000-000-0000 and it was the  same people I told them again not to call me and hung up they then called my work and told a worker who answered the phone that they were with the legal department and left this phone number so I could call them back.  These people are relentless.

This guys called me as well and the had all my information too stating that I owed them $300, I told them I had no records and the guy got upset...he told me that they had already filed legal action against me at my local couty clerk office. I called my county clerk oofice and got the information to check online and they hadnt filed anything. So I called them back and told them that they didnt file any charges and why did he tell me he did. He hung up on me. He never gave me his direct name he always said that he was Susan Wilson's "supervisior". I have been trying to call back to get the sate of when this supose loan was given to me and they are not answering lol. And I noticed every time I called I got the same people.

This number also called me with the same type of issue, when i informed him that i have never received a payday loan from them or etc and could prove it with bank account documents and would see him in court he replied ok Mam, do what you want to do we will see you at court and hung up on me lol...fraud, fraud, fraud.

I have recieved the exact same kind of call twice now claiming that I owe them money for several "loans" that were supposedly given to me via online. There were NEVER  any loans that were accepted from me or deposited into my account not once! These people had very heavy middle eastern accents using very american names such as...Daniel White and Mary Jackson, they had all of my information like my ssn and phone numbers to family or friends that I listed as references when looking at online loans. These people are theives, they claim that if I dont pay the settlement that I will be investigated and taken to court or arrested. This is a scary situation and I am reporting them to the FBI and FTC. I called them back to request some of their information like their buisness license number so I could look them up through the BBB also requested their physical address or the name of a supervisor I could speak with and they became angry stating that they were not at liberty to provide any of that information. DO NOT  let these people intimidate you into giving them money, REPORT them to the FBI and your local news station they need to be dealt with before they leak any more of our information to hackers and thieves. They have gone as far now as calling  relatives I have stating that we will be going to jail if we do not call them back and to give us the message. Be Careful.

I received a call from "unknown" and they actually left a message for once.  They claimed to be from Public Credit Services.  I could barely decipher the woman's accent but she did mention Theft by Deception and to call this number immediately.  Then the f****rs had the gall to call a friend that I had listed as a reference on a payday loan.  I called the number and got more Middle Eastern/Indian f****rs who claimed a payday loan service was suing because I didn't repay a debt.  I was about to set up a payment schedule for the settlement offer, they even emailed me paperwork to fill out, but then I did a little investigating and decided to not give them the paperwork.  Guy sounded very irate when I told him nobody sent me any money and hung up on me.  I sent an email to them requesting information on the lawsuit, i.e., who's filing, what the allegations are, who's their lawyer, and I haven't gotten a reply back, and now I doubt I'm going to now.

This is a fraud dont pay them no money.
