I'll Kill that ridiculous SCOTT WHITE still calling me since a year B*****d...

I was contacted and received a voicemail saying they were going to freeze my voicemail. They hung up on me numerous times when I was attempting to ask where the money was owed to and when the "loan" was taken out. I ignored all calls from these people and now they have called my work and said they were the police and they are looking for me and that I am a felon running from the law. I have lost my job due to this quite possibly and I am FURIOUS!

I have been threatening calls from different numbers saying I commited fraud and will be arrested within the next 30 days if don't fix it. I feel that they are a scam.  They don't speak good english and when I questioned them and told them it was bull crap they hung up. They have called numerous times.  They know my social number and where I work. I don't like this at all. The other numbers are 630-332-0797  and 213-293-8444

These clowns just don't quit, even after people tell them they know it's a scam.  They try to trick people into wiring them money, and they try to sound intimidating.  What they really can't stand, though, is real laughter.  They've been at me since November, but tonight I just lost it and laughed right at the one who called, then explained to him that I knew that some of them were in Pakistan and others possibly in California, I knew they were extorting money, I knew they use VoIP numbers to hide themselves, etc..  Oh, he got furious!  He started threatening all my female relatives with rape(!), told me he only wanted my blood, etc.  I only laughed harder when he said these things, because I know that most of them aren't even in the US.  I heard several of them start conversing very quickly in (I think) Urdu. and then one of them claimed to know Osama bin Laden, claimed he was a "big time terrorist," and just a lot of completely fake-sounding BS.  I just kept laughing and telling them I didn't take them seriously for even a second.  These clowns don't lie well, and when the game is up they get angry and try to make themselves look scarier than they are.  If enough people laugh at them and call them losers, they'll get the message quick.  Please don't let these...individuals...scare you!  They are phony!

I got back-to-back calls from these guys and finally they left a message I couldn't understand because they barely speak english. I know that they have to properly ID themselves and even state "this is an attempt to collect a debt and this call may be recorded," which they DO NOT do!!!! As soon as I called them back I immediately asked for the name of the law firm, he wouldn't answer me. I asked for the web address, he refused. I asked for the proper real address he refused. I told him I googled you and know you're a scam. He got furious and started screaming and I quote, "If google is your god why not google me and get my address" and then hung up. I called them back repeatedly and told them I would be happy to send the police to their location since they need a lesson in how the law is run. Yeah, they really didn't like that. This is the second time under TWO different company names I've gotten calls just like this in the past 2 weeks. I wish there was a way to report them. I'm really concerned about my credit now.

Someone calling themselves Angela Jackson and she is obviously from India.

I have been receiving phone calls from theses jerks saying i owe them money and they are a law frim and going to arrest me...........nice try idiots!!!!!! they call my job and swear at my secretary who are these idiots!!!!!!!!!????????? Seriously do not send them any money they are a scam!!!!!!!!

I have been receiving calls to my cell phone and my work phone from these idiots - from various numbers - all of which you can not understand, they do not state "this is an attempt to collect a debt..." they are rude and leave information with my co-workers. I called back and asked for a supervisor and the guy tells me i'm a supervisor what do you want - i said you need to stop calling my place of employment this is an order to stop calling i know my rights he told me he can do what he wants he said do you know why we are calling i said i don't care why you are calling it is illegal for you to do this stop calling - he started screaming at me telling me to put my manager on the phone! i said no this has to do with me stop calling and he told me he can/will continue to call and next time will ask for my supervisor and hung up on me. I called back and i told him i will report him and he told me he can do what he wants and hung up again! I called back and asked what company he was from and he just yelled and said we're gonna call your manager - i asked where they were located so i can fax them a stop harrasing me letter and he hung up on me again! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY!

Here I go again....New call back # (this is the fourth time these jerks have claimed I am fraudulant and owe money and blah blah blah...yet the police still haven't come to arrest me)...go figure.  
WARNING...this is a scam...I owe nobody money and I have frauded no one.  You can not be jailed for owing money anyway (it is in our constitution)  Do not send them $$$.

i got a call from theses dumb butts claming they are a law firm handling all cases in amercia  i asked what there address is they gave me 1453 maryland st  in brooklon new york. theses are scammers  any time you get theses scammer  they can,nt hardly talk america. what we should do is blow a whistle in the phone that hurt there ears then maybe they be scared to ever try to call back  it is scammers in another country doing this  do not send no money

i got a call maybe 6 times now, everytime i answer its the same thing.  they say they're from a law firm and i'm in serious trouble. lawsuits against me.  the first time i ask the guy, "where are you calling from?" he replied, "from a telephone" LOL. that's how i knew it was a scam!

They keep calling me and doing the exact same thing to me. How do I get them to stop? They have been told by me and my boss and they continue. The first time when I told them that I would have my attorney contact them they told me that the contact person's name is Michael Jackson and they barely speak english it sounds like they are in the middle of the dessert when they are talking to me. I am so pissed about this and I dont know what to do.

This person identified herself as Angela Jackson. Stated she is from a law firm. She is making harrassing calls to my work phone. We have asked people calling from this number to please stop calling but they refuse stating they can do anything they want.

The calls started in January when Attorney James Murphy (thick Indian accent) called my cell and because I didnt recognize the number I let it go to voicemail. The voicemail was a threat saying my social had several suits against it and then proceeded to leave my ssn on my voicemail. Security breach 1; he continued to say if I didnt return the call the police would show up to arrest me on my job. I eventually got in contact with sed "Mr. Murphy" and told him to basically blow it out his *** after the unprofessionalism displayed by; the rudeness when answering the phone; the yelling at me when I repeatedly asked for the so-called company I owed; and the hanging up on me when I refused to cooperate. Then later in February Anna Jones (thick Indian accent) continuously called my employer and left threatening messages with my co-worker saying if she didnt pass on the messages she would be taken in as an accomplice. Anna also called my cell numerous times until she caught the hint that I wasnt going to call her back. Now starting yesterday April 8 2011 David Wright (very thick Indian accent) called my cell and proceeded to wish me luck as he doesnt know what will unfold on me. Well today I called Mr. Wright back at 'his' number and low and behold his supervisor answered. Well I asked to speak with Mr. Wright and his supervisor started to yell and say well you can just speak with me. I said No I want to talk to David Wright. The supervisor said well you called my number, I proceeded to say well if David works for you then you can transfer me to him. The supervisor continued to yell until je eventually hung up on me. Guess what.....I called back and continued to call back afyet being hung up on 6 times. I just want everyone to know This is the biggest scam and I almost fell victim to it until I talked to a friend of mine and found out they wers harrassing her and a family member of hers too. Please be careful, remember to think first before giving your information out to ANYONE!

I received a call at work today from a Paul White  and was told that my soc security number was involved in 3 illegal activities and that I would have to pay them.  I was at work, so I told them I would call them back.  They said they were from ACLS.  I looked online and noticed this was a scam.  Im quite sure theyll call me back tomorrow at work.

This man now named steve keeps calling a place of business and harrassment is continous.

This woman by the name of Angela Jackson has been calling my job harassing me since last Thursday.  She has a foreign accent.  When she called she expressed that she had my social security number and it can mess up my credit if they sue me.  I asked her not to call my job using idle threats and I also warned her that I work for the Federal Government and she said she didn't care who I work for and she's going to keep on calling me which she did three times that day.  I knew something was wrong then.  She also called yesterday...the dummy and left a message supposedly using threat tactics for my supervisor telling her that I am conducting illegal activities over the internet.   Anybody with common sense knew we were off for Presidents Day yesterday.  I have 4 message she left on my phone which is for Govt calls only.  She kept calling and hanging up today so I called my lawyer.  He told me to call them back and asked for name of the company and leave them his name and phone number and have them to call him.  

I called them this evening after I got home from work and a man answered the phone.  I told him that this call is being recorded for quality purposes and anything he say can be used against him in the court of law.  I asked him if I could please speak Angela Jackson and he kept telling me he is her supervisor and I can discuss any matters with him and I demanded him that I must speak with her and he put me on hold with some weird music playing in the background.  When Angela got on the phone I told her the same thing about this call is being recorded...Then I told her the reason why I was calling and why did she keep calling my job when I asked her not to.  I also told her that I am aware that she is using an alias name which is fraudulent.  I could tell she was getting nervous because she had to ask me what number did she call ( I gave her the number like they didn't have it already).  She said if you had only gave me another number I wouldn't kept calling you on your job.  I told her that I had warned her and now the matter is serious.  I told her to get a pen and paper so she can write down my lawyer's name and phone number.  

Angela insisted that I speak with her supervisor and I told her your supervisor didn't leave me didn't leave me the threatening messages.  I informed you I was an Govt employee several times and yet you didn't take it to heart.  We have lawyers that represent govt employees free of charge in cases like this.  She got off the phone immediately and switch me to her so-call supervisor.  I had to asked him 3 times to give me the name of the company and finally he said this is a law firm and we're suing you on behalf of Advance Cash Payday loan.  I said okay wise guy as I told you earlier this call is being recorded and we are aware of your scam and this call is being traced as we speak and you need to take the name and phone of my lawyer because you're the one who's going to need one and he hung up.  

I called back three more times just to torment him and he kept hanging up.  The Dept of Defense do not take Identify theft lightly.  They have a zero tolerance level for situations like this.  What I'm trying to figure out is how did they get my number because everybody's prefix was recently changed in December 2010 and it's not listed.  This was a measure the govt took because of phishing and identify theft.  My job is now doing an investigation on how did they got my desk number.  They're thinking that they must have called through customer service and transferred the call because the number on the caller ID was coded the first three time.  Angels must have called customer service again and told them that she kept getting disconnected and they gave her my direct number.  I'm getting ready to go on facebook and remove my place of employment.

They did this several times at my place of business and I was even threatened saying that he was going to call til he got me fired. He even was talking to my boss and cursed him out. THIS IS RIDICULOUS BUT THANKS TO THE RECORDING WE HAVE HIM DOWN :)

They called my husband work and us said the same stuff.I told them off I even gave them are attorney name number they didn't call her.They should get real jobs and leave americans alone.Maybe we should do this to there country.All I have to say is stupid people.

These people are unbeleivable.  I have bben going through the same thing.  They really had me scared. I did file a complaint with the FBI

received a call from this number on 2/8/2011 stating that i was being sued for an unpaid loan that i never received. They said i could either pay 300 or would be sued

They called me at work leaving a message as I was away from my desk.  I could not understand the person calling except something about a delinquent payday loan, name was Anna Jones and that legal action would be taken against me.  I called the number when I got home from work and requested they forward me paperwork on this matter.  They said that they represent many different companies and could not send me paperwork.  I added this to the report I have on file with the local Secret Service office and my local Police department.  The detective called them and they got mad at him and they hung up two times on him.

I live in Missouri and called the 866 number that was listed above and I spoke with someone about the matter.  Thanks for posting that information and I let them know that law enforcement is now involved, hopefully they will stop calling me now.

i did received the same call from John Anderson with the Indian accent saying the same thing...did not answer the phone.

This is a place of business and someone from calls everyday making a point and success to call 15 times a day. We have repeatly asked they not contract us multiple times in one day on the same person they are optaining to contact we gave the message and calls have been returned.We asked they do not call our place of business period.

They have been calling my work for someone we have never heard off. I have returned the call on several occasion and told them that person has never been employed her but yet they keep on calling. Total scam though. Local new here in Pittsburgh actually just did a piece on the news about this same thing.

They called my work today and stated to a co-worker that I was been charged with identity theft. I called them back and stated they stated was going to be sued for theft by deception and two other bogus charges. I spoke to my attorney who said that what they did was completely illegal and my co worker is going to give my attorney a statement on my behalf. He stated his name was Andy, clearly calling from a call center from what I could hear in the background and was extremely rude to me. He then attempted to threaten that he would settle out of court for what I owed and then directly asked for my debit card information. If you threaten legal action against THEM, they immediately freeze and hang up. Please don't fall for this SCAM!

They are calling me saying this is a serious legal matter. They are harrassing me and my co-workers at work. Now they are threatening that someting is going to happen to me on Monday, January 24.

347-457-3023 A lady with a thick Indian accent called and left a message to ask about my co-worker. She said my co-worker was involved in an illegal activity and that I should co-operate. If not, there would be legal action against both of us. I called the number and asked who they were. A man said they were a law firm. I asked for the name but he refused to give me any info. I said that I was turning them into the police and he hung up. Don't fall into their trap.
