I gave this company $334.00 (2 payments) on August 3, 2011 & August 17, 2011.
Spencer McKenzie (supposed to be Supervisor)  told me my (Fast Cash?)  loan was paid in full.
I have a payday loan but I found out it is not with this company.
Now I am getting calls again stating I need a lawyer by 7/19/12 and I never paid this account.

Is this a scam and can I receive my money back and have them stop calling me for money?

I'm not sure what these numbers mean, but it was on my bank information.  I have to close my account. They are going to steal people's identity and have their way until they are stopped.

This person named, Mac Dawson, calls and says some of the same things as listed above.  He told me he was going to call my contacts. He has called people that I know, and they have called me asking me about some legal matter that's against me.  His fax number is 646-224-9593.  His phone number is 347-671-0355.  His email is"  pcscorpinc@gmail.com.  They also call with 000-000-0000.  Mac has called from these numbers too:  347-468-9573 & 347-474-7041.  Please beware of these numbers.  If something doesn't look right, it normally isn't.  I hope these people are shut down and put behind bars where they belong.

I received a call from "Alex Parker" from PCS Legal consolidation. The number was 347-671-0354. As all other posts have said, the wanted money, had all the information and even called references that I had used on loans in the past. I immediately filled out an IC3 report and called my local police department. When I called them back to request that I not be contacted anymore along with my friends, I told them that I believed them to be a scam. "Alex Parker" started screaming and swearing at me and when I told him that he wasn't being professional for someone who is supposed to work for a company he starting telling me to F*CK off and who was I to tell him how to do his job. I've also been scammed with the name "Alex Parker" before for some law office, but it was the same thing. I didn't give up money this time, but I've had it happend to me a few times and I've lost money. I hope we can find them and get them. I want my money back and I don't want to deal with these phone calls anymore!

I got a call from this number also and I made an installment agreement by fax. They said they were from a legal department and had charges against my name for a bad pay day loan. They state an amount 410.00 total but didn't have all the information, and that was the first red flag. I knew I had taken a payday loan out in the past, but it has been over 2 yrs ago. They scared me when they read affidavit and threating to press charges in the State of Pa. They had all my infromation and bank account. I was suspect from the begginning so I gave them a pre-paid debit card that I keep less than 10 dol on it. But I made 100 dol instalment and I will not make an another pay. After researching and talking to people, this is a SCAM!!! They got me once but never again, thanks to the internet and other people. All the callers appear to be from India or Asia and speak broken English and hard to understand. They are all full of sh**!!!  They call from Affidavit Consolidation Service company working on behalf of the Proton Consulting Service. These people have scam the data base of pay day loans and call people to make money and scare you.

got call from they them scam guy by name Sean said he is law officer that i have 3 unpaid loans to usacash.net they have all my personal info .have very heavy indian accent .called my work 100 times a day threatening my supervisor and me .Ewvery time they call they change name and phone number all american names Alex Parker ,David R ,when i called original numb.the company doesnt have any records of me . THese ppl call from other numbers to 347-269-0834 DO NOT GIVE  THEM ANY INFO .I reported them to FTC <STATE ATTORNEY  they even called my HR  .when they talk they only threaten you i told them to send my bank official letter with ditails about amounts and for who Iam paying they said NO  .ITS  SCAM WATCH OUT

I got the exact same thing. They started out calling and leaving me voicemails. "American" sounding names, with strong Indian, and/or Middle Eastern accents. THEy verified my social, address, and birthday (something I've never had happen with real collection companies) and stated that I'd violated "Federal Banking Laws," had a court date scheduled for the very next day and that I would be going to jail.

They began calling my husband, did the same thing, but actually sent him some information via email. I had already done a police report, FTC report and econsumer report and am in the process of having the IP address of the email traced.

Same deal here as with other variations on this number.  I got a call from a very non-anglo sounding "David Warner" from what he called the "Criminal Investigation Bureau".  He claimed that I have a legal issue and have some payday loans out there that have gone unpaid.   I have "several" lawsuits against me as well.  I asked for documentation or verification, and all he said was that I had taken a loan with "Cash Advance USA", and they were now suing me.  

While I have used online payday loans in the past to get past a rough patch, I paid them back.  I later found out that some of these higly ethical businesses sell your info to foreign scanners.  They call and say you took out a loan from some generic but plausible sounding site name, i.e. "Cash Advance USA".  I called them out on the scam and didn't hear from them for a month or so.  Now they are calling me again.  Is there anything I can do about this?  I've saved all the voice-mails, etc.

I got 5 calls at work from a Joe Alexander and Michael Rogers with strong Indian accents. I took a break to call them bakc because I could not say what I wanted to on my recorded line. They would not talke to me. I paid back my loan with Ace Cash Express in December and will pay off my other loan this month. I will never use them again. The loans were not taken out on line. These callers had too much of my personal information. I will bounce a check before I use any more payday loans. When I called them back I was speaking to the "supervisor". It was so much noise in the background I could hardly here him. When I told him I had no on line loans the call was disconnected twice and I was told I would be mailed papers to my home and work.

So these jokers who are calling me are connected in some way to pay day advance loan companies?  I got a v/m from a person with a very heavy Indian (?) accent saying his name was Simon James calling from a law firm called ACF, if I understood him correctly.  According to him I have at least 3 very serious matters he needs to talk to me about.  According to him, I will have charges against me if I don't respond to his message. I did take out a couple of short term loans by phone and entered my info on line, but I paid every penny back when I got my next paycheck and I don't owe anybody anything.  How can these people be stopped?  I'm going to call One Click Cash and give them a piece of my mind because they apparently sold my info to these creeps.

I have received a phone call as well but the number was different. 315 538 9925. He was also indian and was very rude and unprofessional.

they are a scam trying to get your money----supposedly to pay off a bad loan---they will tell you, your co-workers, and family/friends that they are involved in a fraud investigation.. see the note I wrote below---do not give them any informationa at all-----no bank information and do not even talk to them.  I told my family and friends not to listen to them--they get paid by the minute and are simply trying to scare ane pressure you into paying them.  Instead fill out a IC3 from the FBI, and submit a complaint to your state/federal attorney general

to add to the complaint from zulu-they also called and told my co-workers that they were from the 'Cyber Crime Unit' investigating a fraud complaint against me.  I informed all my co-workers what was going on and they helped give me the support I needed.  i have worked this job for over 15 yrs. and they all know it it a scam---there is a FBI warning out from Dec 2010 which wars about extortion scams related to payday loans-  The article describes exactly what these people are doing.  you can also file a complaint at www.IC3.gov according to the site.  I never paid the second installment, but I have not received any more phone calls either at work or by cell phone.  The only wierd number I received a call from is 123-456-7898 which is a scam also.  Good luck to all of you----don/t be scammed like i did.  They like to make you anxious, embarssed, and intimidated,  but remember to stop and think before you do anything to give them any information or money.

I have been receiving these calls also.  He says his name is Eddie Rogers.  He says that he is calling about a criminal charge that I could be charged with that popped up with my name and social.  Come on guy....stuck on stupid

These guys called my work stated they were an Officer of the law. Guess what I work for the Sheriff's department. Going to see if there is anything that can be done from this end good luck to all that go after them.

I try to respond to as many of these as I can, but I dont get them all so spread the word if you can.  These guys are Indian Scammers based in India.  They use VOIP or prepaid cellular to make it appear they are in America when they are really not.   Unfortunantly the BEST advice I can give you, though its not always feasible, to make this stop is to change your phone number.  Ive been thru this same thing and its the ONLY thing Ive been able to do that actually works.  Just wanted to let you guys know and wish you luck in dealing with these scammers!

Have been receiving phone calls from this number for the last 2 years, he say's his name is Eddie Roger (this time) it's been a lot of different names, he says he's for ACS and I have a legal matter pending of great urgency, I finally told him not to ever call me again as he was calling me on my cell and at work, he harrassed me calling me every couple minutes when I'd answer he'd cuss me out and hang up. I don't even think he is from this country.  He say's he's from New York, ha!  Wish I could find out how to get these calls stopped.

These people harrassed me last year and I ended up filing a police report and once I told them that they needed to contact the detective working on my case they no longer called, however I recently received a call from this same group of Indian men with this same BS and they somehow has stolen information from WAMU because they had they account number and my beneficiary information.  THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY.  DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME AND CALL THE POLICE TO FILE A COMPLAINT.  THEY MAY ALSO INSTRUCT YOU TO GO AND BUY AN UNTRACEABLE VISA DEBIT CARD AND LOAD IT WITH MONEY TO PAY THEM IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT.  NOW WHAT LAW FIRMS TELLS YOU TO DO THIS....I WISH I COULD MEET THESE JERK OFFS AND I HOPE THEY BURN IN HELL

i got a call from this number which they left me a maessage to call stating i had a legal suit against me and that i needed to call back today. When i called back the guy said his name and told me a completly different name then what was in the message along with stating after i called that he was a police officer working for the federal government. He had said i had a loan that i neglected to pay and that when the company tried to take the money that was supposidly deposited into my account i didnt have the money in there. i told him i had never recieved a loan and that i wanted proof of this. he said they have documents to prove of this transaction and i needed to make a payment to keep this from going to court. i told him to prove it and i want to see these documents. he said he would have the courts send the documents to me, my employer and for me to get an attorney. i just hung up

347-457-3024 is supposedly the Affidavit Consoladation Service company working on behalf of the Proton Consulting Service.  They are trying to skirt the legal pratices of the FDCPA by stating that they are not a debt collection service-they state they are from a law firm investigating fraud, or cybercrime.  I made the mistake of paying them a partial payment on a debt they stated I could settle on-they brought up the name and I did owe this company money-that is why I made the first installment.  I then talked to the original debtor and they stated Mr. Shane Watson from the above number does not represent them at all. I have aslo told them that if they would send me a copy of the originial loan and legitimize the debt, I would have no trouble paying the second installment.  So far all I have received from them was a e-mail stating that they do not have to follow the FDCPA law for not calling, because they are not debt collecters--they work for a law firm and are investigating a crime.  (although the only information they want from me is my banking account number).  Currently I am working with my Police Dept., the FTC, and Attorney General's office.  Also, it helps to have understanding co-workers and boss at work to help me get through this.

I GOT EXECTLY THE SAME THING AS A PERSON PARADISE HERE. MANY PHONE CALLS FROM THE SAME NUMBER, MIKE TODD BARELLY SPEAKING ENGLISH, LAWSUIT AGAINST ME ETC. I AM SUEING THEM!!!

I got a call this morning, the number was unknown.  I answered and hung up because I don't normally pick up unknown or private calls.  After that call, the unknown number called about 9 times within 2 minutes until he finally decided to leave a message on my voicemail.  He identified himself as Mike Stone, sounded Indian, I could bearly understand what he was saying.  But according to him he was trying to get ahold of me regarding a possible law suit about a debt.  He left his name and call back number 347-457-3024 for me to call him in this "urgent" matter to avoid a law suit against me.  I called the number back and they said it was the legal department of, I don't know what the hell he was talking about, human resources.(?????)  You can actually hear other operators in the back so I don't know what this is about.  If anybody has had a call like this from this number it would be nice to get some feedback.

I am curious as to what is the nature of this call. Yesterday, your number was left for me at my place of employment.
