Yeah, they keep calling two and three times a day home and work.  I tried calling with my private on and he would not even talk. hung up.

the number is a Washington state per operator.  I have received at least 7 calls from that same man and a different person.  The lawyers said it's nothing that can be done because they are using cell phones in calling from different areas.  I got scammed once and refuse to go through that again.  Bank reimbursed me but it's the principle. We don't have money to give to scammers.  Bills enough.  lol.

Called me at work.  Told me he was from the police department and his name was Officer Brian Daniels.  Said I had a lawsuit against my name and social security number.  Gave me a case number.  Heavy Indian accent.  You could tell he did not really know what he was doing.  Wanted to switch me to his senior officer.  Knew it was a scam from the start.

Received a voicemail on my phone form 347-460-4189.  A man with a very heavy Indian Accent left me a messge saying he was Officer John James from the Bureau of Crime Investigations (BCI), and that I needed to contact him immediately.  He stated that there was a lawsuit against my name and social security number and that if I did not call him back today that there would be nothing further he could do to help me and the matter would be turned over to the police.  

Such a SCAM!!!!!

They told me it was BCI and that I was going to jail is this for real or what??

Call RNK Communications - the software provider whose product is being used by these jerks to route the calls from India and report the numbers you have.  RNK told me they were aware that this is happening and the only thing they can do is block the numbers being used.  I bet if enough people call RNK, they will think of something else to do!

Heavy Indian acdent..jr officer john smith (what a joke) transferred me to his "sr officer"...said they had a lawsuit against my name and SS#...reported them to CA attorney generals office...despicable slime
