Don't believe anything they have to say they called me as a pay day loan told me to get a money pak for 170.00 and they took my money they r crooks

They Just called me asked for someone that wasnt me. When I told them they had the wrong number they started to cuss me. I reminded them that GOD loves them and they hung up.

They called me.have all my info and suckered me out of 180 dollars.. what do I need to do

got a call from this number, did not answer, caller ID shows the WPI, Group Inc.  I searched the name and couldnt find anything that has to do with payday loans.  I have been getting numerous calls that have to do with payday loans, no one in this home owes any money to payday loans and I am getting tired of receiving these types of calls.  Also they call from different numbers, I get several calls daily, these people need to be stopped, this is highway robbery!!

I got calls from both this number 3474689532 (First American Cash Advance) and more often from 8473460004 (FDCB). I spoke with several people all with heavy Indian accents but anglo names like Tom McFolsom, Paul, John, etc. I traced the 8473460004 number and it is in India. It comes through a call routing company in the US so they appear to be in the US. I confronted them on the phone with that information and they hung up on me twice still insisting they were going to take me to court.

Why doesn't anybody do anything about these people. Has anybody gotten any satisfaction from any States Attorney Office ?

Ya this number called me as a loan company I need a loan width I thought it was real and suckered me for 388 dollops tryed get me to  send another 151 for taxs before I get my loan I didn't have it so I said give me my 388 back they said going be ten days before I get back bad thing is they know my Socal and bank info so now I'm have go to the bank see what I have to do to make sure they can't get in it now I'm  afraid of them getting in it and I probly won't get any money back ether if I would look them up first I would known better so never give them money pack green card . I have know clue how to get fixed I don't know if my layered can help our not

Do not talk to these people they try and tell you that you have 3 criminal charges against you and your social security number..... they do not... I have police on this  but they are having a hard time catching these people.

This number called me twice. Do you have some info on this number?

got a call from this number saying my loan was approved (I NEVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN), and that i should call back and ask for Jerry to verify some information....I am not calling back!!! that is spooky

They just called me too. I so hate these scammers.

I would not call them back.  If they call you again, tell them that you want written verification detailing the money you owe.  They are going to get upset and try to talk their way into getting you to pay.  Once I told them that I had contacted my State Att office and the FTC and was VERY insistant that was NOT going to pay them, they backed off and said they would close my case.  I was on the phone with them for a long time going round and round.  When the guy figured out I was no longer fooled by his bs he "closed" my case.  If they keep calling try to have their number blocked and make sure you check you bank account for money they may have taken out from it.  It is a pain in the butt and just make me wonder how these people sleep at night.

But definately try not to engage them and just start reciting information from the FTC.  If you go to thier website it gives you guidelines on what to ask and what they legally have to provide you with if they are a legit dept collector.  And I can tell you that these people are NOT!!!!

I received a similar call this weekend.  I freaked me out.  I'm not sure if I should call tho person back.  I don't recall taking out a payday loan.  Should I respond or should I ignore it.  Any one with answers please advise.

Just got another call from "Duane" saying he was with FDCB a debt collection company and that I owed money on a past payday loan.  Did I want to discuss it now or go to court.  I told him that I talked to my state general att. office and the FTC and that I wanted a letter validation notice of my debt and needed to know his address and phone number.  He said I would have a letter in 2 days.   I asked again for his address and number, he said I would have it in 2 days.  I asked if there was a reason he wouldn't give it to me right now and he hung up.  WOW!!!!  I am just amazed by these people.

I received a phone call from this place around Nov 2011.  They told me that I owed money for a payday loan and if I didn't pay it I was going to have to go to court.  At the time I knew I didn't have this loan and went though past bank statements and found I NEVER received money from these people.  So I just ignored it.  Now they are calling again.
