yea...me too i received an email from ariel smith who claims to be the hiring manager from Altterno llc.
if u Google the company name, you dont get any convincing infomation so i think is a fraud company

I was contacted by a company called Altterno with the same number located on their website (www.altterno.net) with a similar location in Switzerland so most likely a fraud company.

Does anyone heard of Investo Consult, Inc. (investoconsult.com)?  Headquarter is supposedly located at Riedtlistrasse 21, CH-8006 Zurich, Switzerland.  They also have a U.S. phone number listed on their web site but I suspicious that this is a fraud company.  

Any feed back would be much appreciated.
