I received a call from a man with an Indian Accent and he hold me that he was calling from an attorney firm and stated that my name has been brought to his office and he wanted to speak with my attorney first of all he called me at work and then I stated that give me your number and I will call you back in the afternoon he kept talking over me. He would not give me any information as to what is was in reference to but just said to me when and if you call back then you will find out.

I have been haveing the same problem with these people i had one call and leave a message telling me to call them back that it was really important. When i called them back they also had the really strong indian accent and they said the some loan company is suing me. But they have my account number and they could barely pronounce my name. I knew this was a scam off the bat as soon as he said that his name was jeffery and i have not recieved any money from a loan company.

I received the call too that says it is in my interest to call them back, but they will not give me the name of their company they claim to work for. Talking about taking me to court is what they keep doing.

This guy called my cell and work told me his name was kevin spencer and said that they had a legal case against me. He had a very strong indian accent and could not pronouce my  name. I have contacted the local pd.

I got several calls from these morons too.  They just called my work INCESSANTLY - and I mean about 10 times repeatedly!  They called my receptionist a "white Mexican w***e" because she wouldn't page me!  This is unreal!  These people should be arrested!

I CALLED THIS PERSON CALLING MY BUSINESS AND THREATNING MY EMPLOYEE. I ASSURED HIM THAT I HAVE CONTACTED THE FEDS AND FILED A POLICE REPORT ON HIM. HE IS NOT TO CALL A BUSINESS AND HE WILL BE PUNISHED FOR HIS CRIMES.HE IS MESSING WITH SOMEONE THAT DOES NOT STOP AND WILL GO ALL THE WAY TO SEE THIS THRU.

Just got a call from this person also calling my work guy has an accent can't even pronounced my name. His threatening me if I don't call back I will be dealing with atty. & good luck to me. But he won't disclosed where he works. The call is was trace in NY...I will have someone trace this number thru autority & if this guy won't stop & I trace it more clearly...I will have him deal with authority where ever U are. Trust me I will whoever U are coz your calling the wrong person to mess around
around.

same calls...threathening me on my vmail... also stating "wish you good luck as it all unfolds on you", the names that they give are fake, however this number is hosted by sprint in the new york area.

oh yeah its a scam, i keep calling them and not saying anything, to bug the crap out of them.

recieved a call from  a man saying he was investigator jenkins and was going to take me to court

He called me on my cell and my work and said he was going to send investigation officers to my work.  I called back and left a message to let him know to NEVER call my work phone again.  .

Indian Accent same as others above. Scam.

We keep getting the same calls...wont give us any info tho.  Not really sure what they want.  Just keep saying for us or atty to call back and then we do and they say they need our atty to give any info to!!!  Crazy!

Received a call from this number (they only speak Indian) with an american name, stating that they were going to put a levy against me for $5000.00 for  EZ Access Cash Loan. No place gives payday loan for that amount.  He had no information for me but my first name, I would not give them any information since he did't want to give me any.  I asked him for his street addres and he didn't know the street address to his business were he works.  He put me on hold everytime I got through.
