Received text 8:45 pm on a Sunday Night from 347.478.2943 indicating my information came across his desk as a hardworking individual looking for part time or full time work and to call to set up an interview. He sounded like an okie telling me to come to 481 west 34th street , 3rd floor for an interview. I have no intention of keeping this appointment as I could not locate a 481 w 34th street. I have reported this as a possible online scam or attempt of identity theft... or God only knows what if one were to show up for any scheduled interview in person. This is defintitely a shady situation!!!

My wife's co-worker got the same text today this guys surely is friendly or the position must really stink. Sounds like fraud/scam to me, beware.

I got the same message 7/20/2012 around 8:15pm eastern time. Very odd and disturbing. I be will filing a report if this person tries to contact me again.

Got a text from 347-478-2943 from William.  Did not call.  Definitely a scam.  I've seen these before.  Do not call back, do not text back.  By doing so you confirm the "ping" and your number will get sold for future sales calls, etc.

I just got the same text.  Glad I googled the number to see that this is def a scam.  I replied asking where he/she got my information from and no response.

yeah, i just got this text, not 15min ago . . . .i replied back asking how he got my info because no one sends a text about a possible job opportunity, and didnt get a reply within 10min so i said let me google the number . . . bogus

I received a call from 'William' also.  Same story but I didn't call back because 1. He didn't use my name, 2. Didn't leave the company inf 3. It was a company cell.

the number texted me saying "hiii" i replyed saying who is this and noone replyed back so i called and no one peeked up.

I got a call from this number promising a job.  He claimed to be the CEO of some company.  I asked him to send me an email and he said it was "against company policy" (?).
Slight accent.  Sounded dodgy.

some guy with a really really low voice left me a message re: a p/t or f/t career opportunity.  he called me by the wrong name, so i definitely won't be calling him back.

I actually ran into someone in the bronx coming out of a train station.  He spotted me and said that I looked well dressed and he knew someone that was looking for someone like me.  He then gave me a post it note with the following info on it

It seemed kind of fishy to me so I looked up the number online and found a couple of hits like this so I think its a scam.  I probably won't be calling him.

He called me twice with the same message in last 116 hours.

no one responded.

This man is not that busy. Only two calls in four months..
