Just another @ssh0le scamming small time operation.Hang up...

This number called harassing me so I cussed him out and he stopes calling I suggest everyone do this

i got a phone call today from 347-236-3135 from Jack Martin (after he left a threatening message on my home phone and cell phone) that I had taken a "EZ cash loan" for $500 and never repaid...same story as all of you have told, I went to the State Attorney, the FBI and the local sheriff...they all said the same thing...a SCAM!  He knew info about me from the web, how they get all this is beyond me, but they can, bank, routing #, account #, SS#, if you bank online at all they can get it.  I closed my bank account immediatly, we checked all my statements to make sure nothing had been taken out of my account, first.  He even had a "file number" and said I needed an attorney, yada yada...but it scared me to death.  The FBI has a website for these situations...IC3.gov.

I received a similar phone call on 02/02/11 from Moses Matthew (speaks with a broken English)requesting my attorney to contact him.  This is not the first time I received a similar call like this, previously it was Dave Matthews from the Bureau of Investigation.  I have contacted the attorney general from my state, local police, FTC and FBI.  My employer is threatening to get these people because they have been harassing me at work.  Also they gave me a number to contact him with 347-236-3135.  What a SCAM!!!!!!

I received a phone call from a supposed officer Eddie Long this guy had a very obvious Indian accent and claimed that various charges had been filed against me because I received 250.00 deposited into my account from some payday loan place. I tried telling him I didn't even apply for a payday loan and he kept telling me they have proof and it can be settled out of court right now for 895 dollars or taken to court. I told the guy then we are going to go to court and he got upset and said okay I will arrange for one of my officers to pick you up tomorrow. Mind u I live in Oklahoma and this 347 area code is in New York!!!!!!!!!!!

I am having the exact thing happen to me....and poor English...MOST definitely!!!  I have never taken out any loan with any cashadvance company.  How do I get this to stop?  They have called my work etc.. It is not only frustrating, but really stressing me out.  The caller first went by the name of Kevin Spencer, now the person claims he is an office with some bureau of investigation.

This person from the above referenced number is threatening me with lawsuits and various other charges claiming that I had a payday advance from them deposited into my checking account or some such ridiculous thing.  Threatened to call my work. Called and threatened my daughter.  How he got her phone number is beyond me.

They keep calling me claiming they are from the "bureau of investigation", and that I fraudently did an online payday cash advance loan from someplace called CashAdvance.com or something like that.  I can't understand him because his English (or his version of it) is ridiculous.  He was trying to intimidate me by telling that it was a "Federal" agency call and was being monitored.  When I pressed him for his name he said it was Shawn Fernandez but everytime I asked exactly which "Federal" agency he was referring to, he would only tell me that this was a "serious matter, blah, blah, blah".  I told him I was turning the matter over to my attorney immediately and hung up.  He called 4-5 times in a row after that and my daughter got on the phone and told him to quit calling or we were going to the police.  What is up with this dude?  He even had my daughter's phone number and tried calling her.  When he calls her or me it shows up as unavailable and it was like pulling teeth to get his phone number.  Anyone else out there having this problem?  I never received any kind of payday advance loan from whatever company he is referring to.  Do I need to close my bank account and have a new one opened?  He knew where I worked, my daughter's phone number, my address, etc.

This company say that I took out a loan for $300 for which I did not at a payday loan sevice they said to settle will be $500 or go to court for $3000 looking at Dawn I think they are trying to scam me out of my money phone 347-478-5898

it is a company  claiming to be us financial something or other, not entirely sure cause i can't understand them seeing as how their english sucks.  they are trying to get money from me, claiming that they are working for cashadvance.com and saying that i owe on a back payday loan and if i don't pay they will send me to court for theft by deception, check fraud and other numerous things.  i am pretty sure it is a scam, i paid for this loan back in march, but that company could've been a scam also cause i found them on this site as well.
