Payday for America, and American Finance Network, are the same company though their phone numbers are different. They had me send them 150.00 dollars using a MoneyPak card saying that they would deposit $3,150 in 45 minutes to an hour. They later called me and said my loan was on hold until I send the $150 more dollars. I didn't send it , I knew I had been scammed at that point.

The same company got me just today: Payday for America. What is the procedure for turning them in?

           I have been called by a company called Payday for America about 2 months now and I have finally decided to go for it.  Well, I sent $220 and then they ask for $150 dollars more, that I never have sent.  I decided to check this company out before I sent anymore money.  Now I see it was a scam and I am turning them in also.  Thanks for all the posts!!!!!

I think they scam me they took 400 bucks from me saying they will give me 10, 000 plus the 400 back all I know is that they will get sued when I call my lawyer please anyone don't except them or their calls its a scam

Were you able to do something about this, the same thing happened to me

this persons make me a fraud stolen my money i paid the amount $1260.00 for loan $5000.00 and never receive that money

It's a scam!  Think about it, it doesn't make sense.  Any time you get a loan, you DO NOT pay money up front.

I got a call from this number and said that they can give me a loan for $4000. But first I have to buy moneypak at CVS or Wal-mart store and load $300 cash and they will reimburse it after I gave them the moneypak number. Sounds like a scam but still need to know what other's think.
