I got the same message and when I talked to someone, he had a thick accent and said that it was a cybercrime investigation unit and that I had taken out some kind of a payday loan and did not pay the money back. Supposedly I was going to be sued in a civil court for this $600 if I did not settle out of court. Then he asked how I wished to proceed with the case and I told him I didn't even know what he was talking about and he hung up. I called back but this same guy said that he was going to forward my case to a supervisor. This has got to be a scam and I think I will get the local news station to investigate this.

I got a call from a lady with an accent leaving messages for me to call back. She said that if I didn't the only thing she could do was wish me the best of luck as the situation unfolded on me. So I tried calling the number back (this was at about 11pm) and got a message saying something to the effect of the caller was unavailable. Sounded like a voicemail on a cell phone to me that had not been set up with a name. I called the number back the next day and a guy with a heavy accent like the lady had on the message answered and said this is the "Cybercrime Unit" and proceeded to say that I had applied for a payday loan with EZ Loans on the internet and that money had been wired into my account and that when the company went to take the payment out that they couldn't so civil charges were being filed on me in a court. I told the guy that I didn't know what he was talking about and then he asked me how I wanted to proceed with this case. I said "I don't know because I still don't even know what you're talking about. He then hung up and when I called back again he answered but said that a supervisor would call me back tomorrow. This has to be a scam to try to steal identities.

Moses Matthews called me yesterday and today. He said the very moment I get his message I need to return his call. And if he didn't hear from me or my attorney of record soon then all he could do was to wish me luck for what was about to unfold on me. Whatever. I told him, hell, send me to jail. I need the break. The best part was when he tried to give the number he messed it up! He's been calling me since April. When do I get to go to jail? Lol

Same call for us. If we don't send money by Friday, we will be arrested. I have no evidence of doing business with this company. Guy is very cocky (middle Eastern accent) and says no problem; let it go to court and it will cost us $5,000.

I got a message at work as well from what appears on the Caller ID as Miracle Pvt LTD, Caller ID Blocked. The person spoke with a very thick accent and asked that either my attorney or I call them back and if I don't, they wish me good luck. Tried calling the number and went straight to voice mail.

The very second I receive this message me or my retained attorney of record needs to call Moses (can't understand the last name) the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive.
DON'T disregard this message, CALL NOW is what he is saying, if I don't return the call the only thing he can do is to wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me.

I got a message at work to call this number (347*479*1472).  I was told to call Eddie Long, at Long Investigation.  I actually Googled Eddie Long, and it's a Bishop being charged with child molestation!  When I called them back, they wouldn't tell me what it was regarding, and hung up on me.

I did some research on this number.  A company called cellco dba verizon (which is a wireless company) owns this phone number.  They have called my husband with threats under the guise of a payday loan company, but will not provide us any information to support their claim.  We know we took no such loan out.  Isn't this illegal?

Just heard a message from this number- guy in very broken english said his name is Moses Matthews, and it is the same deal- ez loans or something. he said i  or my attorney needed to call him urgently or best of luck as to what comes next. I am filing a complaint.

This guy continues to call me at work, home and on my cell. He tells me I am being sued because of EZ Cash has deposited some money into my account and I did pay them back. Never had any dealings with EZ Cash and I alerted the police. I called him and told him and he says to me I will see you in court. I want to see what happens next.

I never did any business with the company mentioned to me.  And it was such a small/trivial amount?

A loan for $300? Really?  Why not just use a credit card?

Just have lots of fun with these guys, could not stop laughing the whole time we spoke. I kept asking for a docket number for the case "being file tomorrow morning." Caller kept getting angry and really showed broken English every time I replied that I needed the docket number. I then just replied if the case is bing filed tomorrow then there is no case. The caller became very angry and started mixing up his scipted lines. I then repeated "You already said that, but you did not give me the docket number." The term docket number definetly makes them upset, he then repeatedly asked me to let him finish. "The sooner you give me the docket number, the sooner you can finish," made his supervisor very upset. Reply to "Only God can save you now" with "Unless God gives me a docket number, God can't save me." It really upset him and he had to pause for a few moments between the BS scripted lines.

I got several messages from this number saying that I owe all this money and that there was a lawsuit against me. He wished by good luck and god bless if I don't get this taken care of. How do I get him to stop calling?

I just received a call from this number...the number appeared as PRIVATE but the caller left a message to return the call to 3474791472. The message sounds exactly like the scammers who have been calling from other numbers, they leave this message that they have a legal issue against you and that you need to return the cal, all they want is for you to send them money.  The message stated that if I did not return the call or if I disregarded the message that the only thing that they could for me was wish me good luck. Thick middle eastern accent and an American name but it is difficult to understand what they are trying to say.
