I got a call from this number today, May 22nd, 2013. The man asked for me by my first name and I asked him who was calling. He said "your mother, your father". There was a beep and it disconnected. He was definitely calling from a call center with voices in the background that could be easily heard. I immediately shut my phone off. My parents are both deceased and this disturbed me greatly. Looking at the posts above this has been going on for years and needs to be stopped now.

Just got 2 calls in a row literally seconds apart after they hung up on me the first time asking me if I was a certain person to which I did not answer their question but instead asked them what the call was pertaining to he answered YES then asked me again if I was a certain person.
I asked him what is it pertaining he said YES so this went on for 5 minutes at which time my wife took the phone and asked point blank to this foreign man are you an A***OLE  to which he replied are you this certain person then this bantering went on for about another 2 minutes at which point he then kep saying if your not this certain person then hang up the phone to whoch i said YOU called ME so YOU hang up.  He again asked if i was this person to which i still did not answer him yes or no, he hung up and after about 30 seconds he called back and we went right back to comedy slapstick of who is this and what's this about , honestly this is b***s*** so ridiculous he wanted to confirm a name and an address to send some free gift package of what I don't know and gave me his name as Rick Foster with various accents as he talked from what sounded like a boiler room.  I did ask from what country are you calling from to which he surprisingly replied WHY, I said why not? Fair question is in not? Complete screw f****!

Calls me on cell as "Unknown" and calls my place of employment, threatens the office clerk with tying up the phone line so it calls back all night, they are terrible.

I have had several of these phone calls from early morning to late night.The man has a India accent and is very pushy.He is trying to sell me some medical card of some kind.I have said on several occasions that I have medical and please take me off of calling list.He hangs up and calls back later or next morning early.I am disabled and they are disrupting my sleep over and over,I am getting very pissed off.I feel helpless.347

I have received numerous calls from  this number and other out of state numbers.  Usually there is no one on the other end of the line but they all want to enroll me in an on-line university.  Usually, the girls are difficult to understand and hang up on me when I ask them to please stop calling or that I am not interested

Received a call from this number which showed up as a wireless caller (only reason I answered it; thought was possibly a friend with a new number).  Female sounded East Indian & was obviously calling from a Call Center Hub...  could hear multiple people on telephones in background.  Caller stated she was calling to give me a $7K government grant as long as I would promise to use it for 'good things'.  When I stated this seemed too good to be true, she ignored my evident sarcasm & persisted on.  She eventually of course informed me I'd need to relay to her my banking information in order for this to be routed to me.  

We apparently suffered a dropped signal (shortly after I began to verbally express my doubt reference the legitimacy of this call) & she hung up after repeating, "Hello?" several times.

CID says "WIRELESS CALLER"  I was expecting the usual 6:00am call from Nigeria (routed through Jamaica) to tell me how much money I have won, so I was surprised to see a new number when they called at 6:50am.  I only answered it (on first ring) so it wouldn't wake the rest of the house, otherwise it would have been ignored.  I answered with hello, and then I heard a reply "hello" and a pause.  I said hello again and then there was clicking as my call was forwarded to a noisy call center and someone said "hello, may I speak with..." and then pauses while he tried to figure out how to pronounce my name.  I gave him the usual string of Yaruba insults until the line went dead.

called this morning -did not number so played the creepy sounds from "the grudge" they hung up fast and have not called back!!!

ok so ive gotten 4 calls from this number in the last 2 hours. Ive  repeatedly told the middle eastern accented man im not interested and once i say that he goes off on how hes going to kill  my family. Hes actually told me hes comming to my house to kill my kids. I dont know who this person is.. but when i called the number back i get no answer.. Please someone stop this man

THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED!! whoever's doing this is an absolute sick & disgusting person. i'd love to personally get my hands on him. he's repeatedly calling a friend of mine's house. the sick S.O.B. insists over & over to speak to his child, which's a minor. somehow he even knows the child's name. when the father doesn't comply he begins to tell him in detail (very profain & vulgar) what he's going to do to the minor. threat after threat!! he says knows everything about them, but yet when he's asked questions he refuses to answer. come h*ll or high water, if & when this sicko's caught i pray to God it's not going to be pretty.

Message left with Founder/CEO of Bandwidth.com, last night. This morning a Sr.V.P. called and I made him aware of the problem. The # in question was one they leased, and may have been several layers of resellers down from them. I sent him a copy of the threatening VM, and he seemed genuinely concerned and assured me he'd look into it, but it might take several days. This afternoon, he called back and, while not at liberty to say exactly how, assured me the problem had been dealt with, and there would be no more calls coming from this number....   I gather the companies down the chain of resellers value the ability to continue doing business with Bandwidth.   PLEASE, let the executives at Bandwidth.com know their integrity and help with this is appreciated.   It is refreshing to find an ethical company that really does care about doing the right thing:     info@bandwidth.com

After being told at first call by my wife we were not interested, we are registered Do Not Call, and to remove number from their call list, caller said he would call again!  Called back minutes later and asked for her, would not say who he was except 'her friend' and insisted he be allowed to talk to her, I told him we were DNC and further calls would be breaking the law. He said he didn't care if it was illegal, he would keep calling. I hung up. He called again and left threatening message [kept] on voice mail.  " I will never stop calling, as long as I work here, I will never forget your f***king family" .  We reported to police, and while officer was here, his number came up on caller ID twice more. Number is blocked by carrier now, but before it took effect he called the next day 4 times in rapid succession.   His accent made him sound rather like Peter Lorre, and there was obviously a 'call center' in the background. While a NYC area code, the number was assigned and service is provided by Bandwidth.com CLEC, LLC in Cary NC.  They confirmed it.

I've been getting these calls every since my husband and I ordered new cell phones,and guess what they came from New York. Has anyone else ordered new cell phones from Cell2Get lately? They may have done this to the wrong person now. You see I'm a criminal law student.

He called my grandma today and she was unaware it was a scam, and started giving some of her information.  He was saying he was with the government to give senior citizens a medical card, wanting her checking account number! Please warn your elderly loved ones of these scam people, and people of all phone numbers who are doing this to the elderly!

The same thing happened today with my grandma, and she was unaware of the scam she was being apart of.  I heard her on the phone starting to give him her information and I screamed for her to hang up.  He called again and I answererd and became angry when I wouldn't put her on the phone.  I knew what he was doing so I asked his name and the company he was with.  He said he was Joe Williams working for the government to give senior citizens a new medical card. He had an Indian accent and was wanting her checking number and social security.

I got 5 diffrent calls from these people. they left one message and it was very valgur. I dont know if  it is a bussiness or not. I can here people talking in the background. The guy talking has a middle eastern accent.

Got a call from these bozos today trying to scam my elderly in-laws.  I hope they read this as I am a retired long distance marksman and will find them and can take them out from 2000 yards.

Man called just "to talk".  Asked lots of questions, married, senior citizen.  I hung up when he didn't answer any of my questions.

ive gotten 20 phone calls in the last 10 minutes. and 4 harassing voice-mails. the voice mails are vulgar something needs to be done to this man.

I got a call from this number , they identify themselves as Pharma blast, a company who help all people in the US primary to elderly, caller had a Indian Accent
they mention they will send a medical benefit card free of charge , and want to verify personal information as address, account number and bank  with the pourpose of issuing a unique ID #
this is a scam they want to get money from your account
do not disclosure any information.

Received 2 calls from this #. I finally got through they said they did not call and hung up.

they called my cell but did not leave a message as I did not answer the call - I don't answer from calls I don't recognize.
I hope they catch these losers!  
I don't know how they got my # as i'm on the "do not call "  list.

We get repeated phone calls, threatening as well as harassing.  Likes to sell some on line schooling. The caller sounded mid eastern, very aggressive and potentially dangerous  Every two seconds, he would say "Allah".  The caller sounded potentially dangerous.  The authorities should trace this fellow before he blows himself up and others.

This guys called me several times last week talking about some XYZ college!
When I asked him how he could get my contact number, he pretended as he could not understand me and asked if I could speak English.  What a scumbag he is!

Just got a call from this number.  i did not answer and they did not leave a message but after reading the other comments i blocked the number.
