Same thing happeend to me this evening. A man called at 5:25pm (caller ID showed the name as AHG and the number as 347-492-7613). He asked for me by name. I told him I was he. Then he just hung up. I tred to return his call and was advised the number was "not in service."

They asked for me by name.  I said I am she.  Thank you and hung up.  Called back.  Number is not in service.

I constantly receive harassing calls from this number.  When you call back it says "the number you have dialed is not in service."

Got call from this nuber said AHG.  Hung up, would not give me info.

They called this evening (Sunday, Dec. 4, 2011) and didn't leave a message. I am on the Don Not Call registry.

I have two phones lines. I received a call on my first phone line from 347-492-7613 and ignored it. When my second line rang immediately afterward, I thought that it might be a real company to whom I had given both of my numbers. I picked up and then they hung up--very irritating. Who are these people? This has been happening more often lately. What has happened to the "Do Not Call" registry?

Ahg they said a name, I was on the other line, I said who is this and then the man said thankms and hung up.

Get phone calls from this number all the time and they start around 10:00am.  I usually don't get a response at all, they just hang up.  I believe this is a scam.  They can be calling to check for patterns on when there may be people home.  It is the Holidays and I wouldn't put it past scammers from home invaders to solicitors in trying to gain access to anything money related.  DISGUSTING!  Money has bred an abhorrent behavior in humans.  It has brought out the WORST in us.  We need to evolve and QUICKLY!  Please check out Jacque Fresco's Venus Project and The Zeitgeist Movement's concepts of a Resource Based Economy and let humanity move away from archaic forms of control to realize the human potential in all!

got a call from 347-492-7613 and the caller id showed AHG.  Said he was representing firefighters and something else. I declined to contribute and he said "It is nice to know you care about your fellow New Yorkers."  Happy to know it was a fraudulent call. I won't even listen the next time I find out it is some telemarketer calling me. Just hang up.

people ask for someone I don't know, I tell them please take my number off, a***ole says people make mistakes, calm down, when I went to call them back, all of the sudden, the number I called isn't in service!!! Really....

They said my name and I said yes and then they said ill call u back. Very odd
