They have called  me once a month for 5 straight months. They change the last 4 digits each time, so they can't be blocked.  I asked every time to be put on do not call list, they refused twice, said they would do it twice. Liars.  Times they refused they said they were exempt, cause they 'Were providing a service"

Each call was to get me to use a certain alternative energy company besides Con Ed.

They refuse to say: Who they are, and where they are located.

I have joined the Do Not Call registry, filed dozens of complaints with them, and added this number to my incoming call block service.  Nothing works.  Verizon told me to call the Unlawful Call Center at 1-800-518-5507.  Those people said this is a known scammer and that the FTC is working to shut them down.  They asked me to file a complaint directly with the FTC at 1-877-382-4357.

EVERYBODY CALL THE FTC AND REPORT THIS CALLER.  If they get enough complaints they'll shut them down.  Call 1-877-382-4357.

They keep calling and hanging up on me

I am getting two or three calls a day from this number. I asked to speak to someone to get off of their call list and was told "No" and hung up on.

Continuing harassing phone calls from a company lower utility rates....

These people have been calling me for months.  I have complained to the phone company and they don't seem to be able to stop it.I f anyone knows how to get rid of this please let me know.

I just called this number back as they are soooooooooooooo annoying. Got a recording that said to press 1 if you want to be put on their DO NOT CALL LIST. It should take effect in 24-48 hours....let's see.

"48 business hours" before the do not call will take effect. How many days is that? More than a week. Ridiculous!

Calls constantly despite requesting no further calls.  Trying to reach that number only results in a busy signal.  Can this caller be reported to the NYS authorities?

I was also told this single number represents 15 separate energy discount organizations. Asking an operator to remove you will only get you removed from that one organization's list (maybe). There are still 14 others that will call you.

File a NYS DNC complaint -- they have actually follow-uped with me in the past for other complaints to complete their investigation.  This is the best way to stop the organization from making robo calls.

In the meantime, and since these idiots call me at least once a day, every day, for six months, I finally placed a block on the number.

I made the mistake of picking up the receiver and then hanging up.  Multiple calls in a day after that.

Nope!!  It does not work I pressed 1 and today they called three times back to back!

These people are the worst!

These calls won't stop!!    Every day they call.  I've asked one of their operators to stop the calls and they say they will add me to their do not call list but immediately hang up (so I think this is their ploy not to remove my number).

I receive at least two calls a day from this number 347-502-2547. It has been going on for several weeks. I answered the first time and said I was not interested in their energy reduction plan and to never call again I now plan to call the attorney general's office for advice ( I never answered that phone number again)

I have been receiving calls 2-3 times a day from this number (listed as CLIENT SERVICES) for 2 months. On Apr 1, I picked up and told them to stop calling me. Then I dialed the number and pressed the button to request no more calls. I've done this 3 times now. They say it takes 48 hours, but it's been over a week now and they are still calling.

This number calls 2-3 times a day,everyday! You call them back and you get a recording. You press some number to get off their list, and it doesn't work. Feed up going to the next step.Also, they change the digits too. But basically the same number.

Have asked them not to call, and screamed and finally blocked. I don't need my electric bill reduced.Call all the time.

They called me yesterday, I asked  to be on do not call list. They said ok, called me back today. 4 months now, trying to get me to give them info from my Con Edison bill.

The outfit Client Services claims to represent a State Agency, that can provide relief for those of us who live in supported housing and their utilities are not covered by rent. Oddly enough 90% of all apartments in the City are like that one. Mine is. But it's not a Housing Authority failure, its owned by an agency yes. They do not want to believe that there are people who do not want them. They also do not want to believe that the do not call list applies to them.

They called with all my information address and full name and said they were with goodwill and asked up to donate stuff will be picked up at home just leave stuff in the curb. Very shady. Called back and recording said press 1 to be put on a do not call list. They were not goodwill some unlisted number from NYC.
