Try changing your number and make sure it is unlisted. If that don't work, assuming you have Iphone, download the app called "Call Block" from the Apple store. Stop worrying about these calls.

Getting rid of your land line won't help. These a***oles call my cellphone several times a day.

I'm so sick of this number calling me.  It comes up as Winter Rebate on my ID and they keep on the line long enough to register a blank message on my machine.   They've been calling me for weeks -- I just re-registered with DoNotCall.gov at the end of December.   Hope that puts this annoyance to rest.   i'm not interested in anything an unsolicited caller is selling.

i keep hoping that this entity will stop one day, but there seems to be no end in sight! this 347-502-____ entity has been stalking me for months.  my phone company (TWC) can't do anything.  good ol *67 doesn't work, and the last few numbers keep changing.  Really REALLY frustrating!

Now they are coming to my apartment building in NYC. Just called my State Senators office and some of these utility companies are "slamming" entire buildings in NYC and taking them on as customers without their consent and the bills are higher, much higher than Con Ed.  

I was told there is a "hole" in the current law, which allows these horrible companies to do this.  My State Senator is sponsoring a bill that would severely limit what these companies can do. Unfortunately, the Repulicans in the NYS Senate say the bill would be "anti" business and it probably won't get passed this year.

All I can say is to write the Republican State Senators and tell them to vote for the bill or you won't vote for them. It's really as simple as that.  Also, the next time someone comes to my door from this company, I will say, "Wait one minute, I have to get dressed". Then I will call the police!

Repeated calls with no one there at least 4 times a day.  Very annoying!!

This is a fraud call. They call from a bunch of number in the same series 347-502-something with different caller IDs all the time. The message is usually the same, you are entitled to free money, just give us your information. It is either "savings" on electricity or gas that they offer.

I am blocking this number from my phone.

I get calls from this number daily.  The ringer is off so I never hear the calls and they never leave a message.  This has been going on for months.  I don't believe there is a real person calling but rather a recorded message or something.  I can't imagine how this could be profitable for anyone to keep calling a number that never answers!

Got the same call again, and reported to the DO NOT CALL LIST again! I just keep reporting.

I get calls from this # 3 - 4 times/day. Happening for the past cpl of months. I've filed a complaint with DNC.

Again, with a new number and new name. I see Dennis above me got one for "Winter Rebate". That is what mine said today. They are impossible. Off to report them to the Do-Not-Call list which is basically useless, but at least it makes me feel better to do something.

Calls at least 1-2x a day, changes their caller ID as well.  Something to do with federally funded something or another about your electric bill.  I don't get an electric bill!! It's included in my monthly rent!! Damn it stop calling me! Asked to speak with a rep and they are very rude.  Can't we stop these phone calls??

This number is absolutely relentless - 2-3x per day for weeks, and they always change their ID - discount Svcs, Federal Aid, Winter Rebate.  So much for DNC...yet, I will NEVER answer, so what's the point, really?

Bullcr@p about lowering your Con Ed electric bill.  Calls 2-3 times a day.  I don't even use Con Ed!  I'm dumping my land line and going cell phone only.
