Just got the same call and I called it back. Busy!! How can we stop these calls?

This number calls me at least 3 times a day. Every time I pick up the phone to answer I get nothing but a dial tone and number is always buay when I attempt to call back. Very very annoying.

rang twice and caller ID said McCullough D.  Hung up after 2 rings.  They are having hurricane there now.
