Rcognized the malicious intent and since no ID disclosed decided against responding and wasting our valuable time during prime  work time 1pm to 3pm to harass and disrupt

I starting receiving calls to my direct job line from a person with a thick Indian accent named Nick who repeated my social security number and said he was from White & Case law firm.  He also said i was in legal trouble and he tried to get me to confirm my social security number, which I didn't.  I told him to stop calling this number, and that he had the wrong person and I hung up.  He called back several times and I promptly hung and told him to stop calling this number.  Low and behold when I got home, this same bast@ard called my cell then my house number.  That was his mistake because at work I had to be civil, now you calling my house number, thats a different ball game.  I started having fun with him, because in my spare time I like to think that I'm a comedian...what pissed him off was when I started to repeat him word for word and changed my accent to match his...lol....so yea....keep calling Nick...i wanna laugh some more

This nick whom ever you are keep calling my personal job making verbal threats towards other employees and using vulgar language you have been reported. Nick doesn't work for this law firm

Foolery.. sheer foolery! I don't believe they know they are calling a business/church.. but they keep calling and someone is breathing on the phone looking for someone that does not work here any longer. We have recorded each phone call, called the police and they have called the Department of Justice and the FCC. Shame they will be out of business by the end of the week.

These jerks keeep calling giving out people social secruity numbers looking for someone who no longer works for us.  I have been recording their calls and now I'm going to call the POLICE!  Get a life and take some english classes.

Claims to be from The White & Case Law Firm.  This is a scam.  They probably got your information from a loan application.  Do you remember which site you applied to?

It is quite obvious that this person is a "QUACK", very unprofessional, rude and has no sense of business.  This needs to be reported to the FCC, FBI and any other reasonable agency that can stop this CRAP! Hey fella get a real job and stop the "BS".

I work in Maryland and this company continues to call my personal work phone looking for someone with the same first name but different last name. They were rude and continued to call this number over and over again. I will call them again myself and state what scamalert did... thanks!

I live in Georgia and have been getting calls from this number. The individuals say they are calling from the White & Case Law firm and that all your personal and banking information is listed with their office, (they left my ENTIRE SS # on my answering machine!) and you need to contact them about a case against you, "If you ignore or delay response, the results will affect your credit score and you will end up in a legal mess." Quote - unquote. The fact that they have my SS # prompted me to research the number and write this post. The White & Case Law Firm exists and they do have an office in New York,  their area code is (212), I called and notified them that I was receiving calls from individuals claiming to represent their Firm. The individuals in question have no affiliation with the actual White & Case Law Firm and are "fishing" for more information. I urge anyone who receives calls from unknown numbers, to investigate and be proactive. My response to the scammers when I called them back, "I have notified my bank, White & Case Law Firm, my local authorities, and the Department of Justice with All YOUR information.....now you have a nice day."
