For the past 3 days I have been receiving the same text from this number (as well as other 347 area code but different numbers) at all times of the day and night. This is completely irritating and they do not stop texting! This should be illegal.

Given SMSs are directly billed for a lot of consumers, I can't believe this is legal, but according to FTC it seems to be.
