Meeting some stranger in person is a wrong move to make. Who knows what kinda person he/she is. So the best thing to do is date someone in your own surroundings, someone that has a legit address and a phone number.

You can't trust a person by looking at a picture. That picture must be stolen and must be in use by an identity thief. The only way to make sure that picture belongs to the real person is to see him/her face to face. One should be skeptical before believing something that seems odd. Never send money to some random stranger that claims to like or love you.

I chatted with him too and got the same story.  Raised in South Africa.  Lives in NY.  He customizes cars and sells aircraft parts.  He can not be search.  Said his name is Chris Devide. His pictures are of a guy who is very good looking. He avoids talking on the phone.  He is pretty stupid since he hasn't changed the phone number he calls from.
