Damn mofos got me!! I applied for some "loan" weeks back and so it began! I actually did get $100 in my bank account once but now I am told I will go to jail for not paying back? & These guy are the collectors!? Eff this!  I will report to FCC? Same name as others have mentioned above!, supposedly from David Hernandez law office....ANNOYING!

This morning they have called 7 times in a row
no voicemail.  This is crazy

Get these calls at least twice a day. Saying I was being charged for fraud and that there was a warrent out got my arrest I called the county court house and of course its bull.

What the hell is wrong with theses people and who do they think they are fooling. So I guess theses foreigners now have american names but can't even pronounce them. I received a call a feww months back and my co-worker called them back at a nother number and cussed their behinds out. Now here we are again with same guy but now he is Attorney Justin Smith with the same old lame bulls---.I wish they would take this much effort into actually trying to get an education and become someone in life. Anyway reported them to the Federal Trades Comission. Won't scam me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so today I received a phone call at work saying I owed Us Cash Services money, and that if I didn't pay it today that the sheriff would be at my job tomorrow. I started freaking out at first thinking omg what is going on. First of all I had never heard of this company, and he kept telling me to go to Krogers and get a Money Pak and call them back in ninty minutes or else I would pay the repracussions. I got off the phone and called the company and they ran my name and come to find out it was def. a fraud. His name was Alex Parker phone number 347-560-9981 and had an indian accent.

a man named scodd miller calling from 347-560-9981 kept calling my cell and my job, i pretended to be someone else and got the info. he said he was calling from attorney david hernandez office which i googled bc i live in CA but i am from BKLYN. I called the law office and spoke to the receptionist, she said you are a victim of a SCAM and their office has reported it. i have as well. be advised.

We all need to save the messages and contact your attorney general's office to file a complaint. I plan to.

Scam!!..been getting these calls for a long time..they call my job and the number either says 911 or skype..ridiculous people..they always say theyre going to arrest me on my vm but I never respond..not worth it..

They called me told me that I will be arrested at 11 am on the 19 of Feb. I called the law firm that they claim to be with and they do not have a Scott Smith   working for them they put my name on a list of people that has called them and are going to report it the there police department she said it is a big scam and that there are lots of calls to them about this.

They have called me at least 4 times threatening me about being arrested I am so sick of this what can we do to stop this. Incredible the information that they have. We need help to protect us. HELP

They called my husband 8 times since yesterday and said all the same things as above but his name was Ron Adams. They asked for $650.00 right then or it would be up over $1,000.00 and a sheriff would come to my door and start arresting people.

I have been getting calls at work and home from them. They are  calling from 347-560-9981 and 760-483-3768

I got Alex from "the Hernandez law office".

I had already done the reverse look up, so I started screaming at him with racial and profane epithets.  Finally he started responding in kind.

It was fun once I realized what he was.

I got a call at work today the guy said his name was alex parker I didn't take the call my boss did she told him not to call there again

Just happened to me today.  Claims they are the law offices of David Hernandez in Brooklyn.  They called my HR department and me repeatedly this week.  I almost went out to buy the prepaid card until I talked to a friend at work who googled the number and found this.  It pays to put your experience out there and it does help others.  My guy was Eric Foster.  They called back and it came up as SKYPE on caller ID.  My guy friend answered and told them they were being reported to authorities and I have heard back.  I also opened a complaint with the FTC and I would advise everyone to do this.  Find these jerks.

Received 2 phone calls in the last 2 days leaving nasty messages on my voicemail stating that it is time sensitive and this is my last and final chance to speak with this "attorney" Today the guy said good luck with your situation and if you do not call me back at the number I gave you face legal consequences. He stated his name is Ronnie Taylor I believe, hard to understand his Korean speaking a**. He said it was my last and final warning. When I called back, he answered attorney office, wouldnt tell me his name and did not ask for my name but apparently they have caller ID. He said a sheriff will be out in the morning to serve me my papers and arrest warrent. The information he gave me regarding the company they represented was bogus and would not give me any contact information or a name to this company. He said it was too late and I would go to jail on 3 different criminal charges........ wow I am so glad he did not ask for any bank or card information!!!!!

call 10 times and I kept hanging up after I looked up their phone numbers.  I called them a scam.  then they stopped calling.

I have been getting these calls too--and I agree with everyone, it is a total scam.  A couple of years ago, I did report them to our county attorney and he in turn called the attorney general's office.  Now they are at it again!

I'm getting these calls too. calling every hour on the hour leaving vm every time. the guy claims he is attorney David promise, when the calls first started bout a month ago he said he was attorney John smith.
