same thing just happened to me if any answers you can you let me know

checked sovereign account and all my money was gone and the representatives was no help they said its a levy and some nj ny exacution levy

$ 795 . was taken from my account . Sovereign bank was no help

I just found out that  my Sovereign Bank account was withdrawn $1000 plus $100 legal fee. The only clue is the phone number 347-563-9510.  Could anyone please tell me if I can get the money back?

They just hit me for $4800.00. Every penny gone. Is there any recoarse for this.

My mom's account has been broken into and they took $1308.08. We don't know what is was for or from if there is someone who knows anything please let me know.

This just happened to me.  Does anyone know what this is?

I checked my Sovereign bank account online and $1017.01 plus $100.00 legal fee was withdrawn which was everything in that account.  I checked my other accounts and they were both empty as well.  The only thing listed for each withdrawal was the phone number.

I called the same phone number and the phone rang for 5 minutes straight the 5 different times I called.  Bank wasn't very helpful.  They said to call the number

can they just do that without informing you? theyn just cleaned out my account without my knowledge, is there any recourse??

Its a owed debt (ie. credit card) and the bank ascts as a levy. Your creditor has presented the bank with a court order, allowing them to debit your account.

Please tell me you know what this is?

I just jad them hit my account I am a Sovereign Bank Customer.  One other person reported that the Telephone Number is owned by Sovereign Bank's Legal Dept

I was doing some research on this company as I also have been hit by them for about $10,000 just recently and came across this site. This is extremely frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
