Called claiming I owed for a loan.  Knew all my details- SS#, DL# contacts, references, etc.
I've never applied for a loan.

okay guys i have been calling this number all day. and i will continue to harass them, just as they harass us.  if nothing legal can happen to them, let's fix this ourselves.  

when you call BLOCK YOUR NUMBER. and call them whenever you have a free opportunity.  hopefully if enough peole call them they will back down.

These people called me at work saying his name was Charles Brown even though he had a strong indian accent and started saying that I had a pay day loan that I never had!  I called them back and he said his name was ismael white (the same guy) they started to give me my own info asking me to verify it.  When I didn't verify it they said they had proof and that they would see me in court.  When I called the number back it was the same guy again now saying his name was Henry Matthews.  When I told him that I was going to my atty gen because this sounds like a scam he hung up on me.

Be warned: # is a freak, male who sounds like guy from 40-Year Old Virgin! Freak calls consistantly & most recently 3 times in a row, growing increasingly hostile with each call, spouting profanities such as "b***h", "p_ _ _ y licker" & so on. My suggestion is to give him the # to your local police dept. office so he may call there to find whomever he seems to be looking!!

i recieved a call today stating that Jason Scott was calling from ACS i have a serious matter against my license and social. I should contact him immediately to resolve this issue. i saved the voice message and fowarded it to my local police department.

It's crazy. These guys called a friend of mine who called me telling me the get back at them. The guys name was Shane Watson with an ultra heavy Indian accent. I almost thought it was legit when he told me my info like, SSN, and 2 of my friends names but when he started getting rude, I knew it was a scam. He told me I have till today or tomorrow to pay a $600 debt. But by the end of the conversation, i had till the end of the month.  They told me since I had no debit card, that I had to get a prepaid Debit card at a local Walgreens and give them info immediately. Good thing when I came home, i decided to google the number and this site came up.

The same people keep calling my work and cell phoes.  I say that they have the wrong number, or that she's (me) not in.  Is there any way to stop them from calling?

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!! I have been harassed by this company, and similiar ones for the past 4 yrs! They stated I had a loan with a cash advance place online (debt doctors, I believe), and that I would go to jail, they were coming to get me!
After 4 yrs of this, I told them to go ahead! I'd love to go to court and get this taken care of!!! The only working # they had for me was my office, they harassed me there, calling and making threats, calling me names and even my boss names! They somehow got my cell number, and my sisters, its an indian guy who can hardly speak a word of English that says his name is "Charles Brown". He told them that its about my "social security number, and drivers license number". even told my sister she could go to jail if she didn't pass on the message!
I have tried to pay them money (even though they couldn't provide any paperwork, or a specific amount supposedly borrowed), and they wouldnt allow a money order or check to be mailed, only my banking info.,they must be crazy!!!!
IF ANYONE had information on this company, please PLEASE email me at krissyar@gmail.com  I would LOVE to find out how to sue their hineys off!

I am SICK TO DEATH of being harassed, especially at work, and now my family is. I dont know HOW they got our numbers ( I assume they bought our phone numbers, b/c my fiancee and sister both have phones under MY name).

THEY KEEP CALLING MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS TO NOT CALL MY WORK. THEY HAVE GOOD CONTACT INFORMATION FOR ME, THEY JUST CHOOSE TO NOT USE IT. EACH TIME I CALL THEM FROM MY PHONE NUMBER THEY HABG UP ON ME. THEY HAVE THREATENED ME AND THEY HAVE THREATENED MY COWORKERS.

Thick Indian Accent...could barely understand, said something about a friend that i havent spoken to in years...that is basically all i got of it, it was a VM...He said call back mike smith...HA! an indian w/ a name like this.

These people keep calling me stating I owe money for something I never took out. I have been threatened with being arrested and I told them to come get me. I work in collections I understand the FDCPA laws and follow them completley. I have told them serveral times to not call me at work, but they refuse to listen I have never verified any information and never will. DO NOT GIBE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION AT ALL.  I have reported it to my local police department.

"George Smith" from the legal department of ACS called to tell me of an important legal matter . He said "before something goes wrong with you and your social security ending in (4 last digits of my SSN) call me. I just want to keep you safe..." He called my work, my cell phone and a friend of mine. I will be reporting them to the Social Security Office for the threats.

Two days ago my daughter received a call from Kim Smith from ACS and the number she was callilng from started with a + (international?).  Kim Smith was trying to get in touch with me for a Payday Loan that I hadn't paid back.  I have never taken out a Payday Loan.  My daughter would not give her any information and she got a call back number from Kim Smith which had a New York area code.

I did not return the call and Kim hasn't called back.

I filed a fraud alert on my credit file and will be checking my accounts daily just in case.  I really feel if they had all the information they needed to steal my identity, they would not be calling.  I think they are trying to get more information or scare people to send money.

My daughter and I have different last names, how do they make the connection and get her cell phone number to call her, looking for me?

I love these guy's, I mess with them everytime they call, they called this morning, I let him (Dave Williams, yeah right) ramble on with his threats etc, then I asked him if they knew where I worked, he said he could not pass along that information, I told him that I worked for the Justice dept (I don't) and that I was a federal agent, he hung up. Although annoying, they are comical.

They call 10 to 20 times a day and called my work over 100 times in 30 mins when the police showed up he called the officer a liar and then called the local police dept and wanted to speak with his supervisor. When the supervisor spoke with him the foreign man that could speak little English advised him that the police was now interfering with a investigation with the attorney generals office and action was going to be taken. These people are persistent not to mention annoying. What do we have to do to stop this.

Wow, thank god I saw this sight. My Indians were John Andersen (CNN), and Jack Wilson (SS Pirates right). These Fu*kers had me scared to hell with their lawsuits and courts and cops. Because I did have a payday loan from about a year ago that I could not payback. I have since paid one back and still waiting for info from the other to pay them back, thought this was them. I actaully sent them the authorization papers to debit my account $400, I was at work and busy and was just happy to get this resolved, but then decided to check it out and came upon this sight, for which I have now closed my checking account, cancelled the card I gave them and now I will be calling them frequently to screw with them.......F""K"NG low life piece of s**t scammers. They are SCAMMERS!!!!! DO NOT give or verify any information you have or they give you.  Even if they have your personal information do not verify anything.  Tell them you have contacted your states attorney generals office and you need a physical address.  they will make up one and hang up but not before cussing you out.  Check your 3 credit reports to make sure no tricky activity is going on.  You can obtain all 3 for free by going to "annualcreditreport.com" you are entitled to a free report every year.  Just hang up. because they are most probably calling from another country they can't be traced and theres no way to stop the calls.  they use numbers 3476024546/9143737096/and caller id no 05-249-7347.

Said they were calling from ACS (Affadavit Consolidation Service)Said I have an outstanding payday loan with Advance Cash USA, but could not provide me with the original loan document, they were very rude and persistant. I do have outstanding payday loans and I am in the process of paying them off, But I think I have already been scamed on one of them already for $495 and this one was for $698, I don't have a problem paying off these loans, but I do think this is another scam. Does anyone know anything about this company. Once again everyone I talked to had a heavy indian accent with american names such as John Anderson. Can some one help!!!

got a call from 1-347-602-4546 today.they must think i was born yesterday!! i  have received many scam calls all summer long.  after all i have received, it is not hard to figure out which are legit and which are scams. if these nuts have all my information, then why do i need to repeat my social security  number to them and all of my other personal info?  if they have it, they would not need it!!yes, it is scary when they call,and they do rile you up but the main thing to remember is that if there is so-called
"legal-action" pending against you, some yahoo with a foreign accent is not    going to be calling you.  you would most likely be served with papers   at your residence.  don't beleive them,do not give them any personal  informatation!! tell  them you have an FBI tracer on you phone,     that it will be reported, and by the way, you are being recorded!! i never answer any calls that i do not recognize the phone number.  let them leave a message and DO NOT  give in to them!!if they were going to arrest you in an hour like many of them state, then they better hurry!! most super jets would take even longer to get to where you are!! also to be safe, i always look the  phone number under phone scams on the internet to see who this nut is.

347-602-4546 this same # called me about my cousin.  Not even sure how they got my # but they were trying to track my cousin down too.  The caller ID was a zero.  How we make them stop calling?

Finally answered  and spoke to one rep who immediately put a "supervisor" on the phone as soon as I started asking questions, "Sebastian" advised em it was impossible for the company to mail me confirmation of the so called debt. I advised him I was online and his company was only found on scam reports! His phone all of a sudden started breaking up:)

They started calling my cell phone at 8 a.m. on the dot!  I do not answer calls whose numbers I do not recognize.  This man with an Indian accent said it was a serious matter and that a lawsuit was being held against me.......wow! Really?!  Thankfully I googled this number and read all of the comments.  Who or what federal agency can I report to?

i got a call from that same number this morning. the guy i talked to had a thick indian accent and told me his name was curtis jackson. hahaha really? isnt that 50 cent?? he said i had a lawsuit being filed against me and he wouldnt give me the exact imformation of the loan details or who it was with. but unlike the other number that have called me, this one hasnt been disconnected and ive been calling and messing with them.

I get the same kind of call, but I get a women who has a strong indian accent, but yet her name is Kim Smith, get the hell out of here. Some how these people get your name and information either off something you did on line some kind of way. Since the internet only uses the last four digits of your ss# that's how they get that. Also, tell them you will report them to the Federal Trade Commission, ask them for information on why there are calling you, and the thing is these people are ususally frauds trying to get money out of you. I advise to anyone is to verify who every or what every they may say you owe money too. Ask them for phone number of this company, account numbers, and mostly ask them for a 1-800 number where you can get back to them on. Ask them to write you a letter of vertification about this company to whom you suppose to owe to. Also, do not volunteer any, any information to them about you that gives them leverage, If they suppose to be calling you on something you owe than they should have all this information, which I sure they don't (been there done that). Good Luck and God Bless, all I'm saying is the more you pressure them for information on why they are calling the less you will get back, sometimes they even hang up.  I had a call from the same number but they called themselves ACS Services. (See what I mean).Its a shame, just as another person stated tell them the call is being traced by the FBI, and recorded, see what happens they will either hang up or the phone call will all of a sudden sound like its breaking up. Don't let them get to you. It is a scam regardless of if you owe something or not, they really don't have all the information about you they claim to have.

My Indian friend's name is David Hall, I think; only understood a few words from his long message.  He is using the university phone number where I work...  glad I found this page and I will not be calling "David" back.  Since I'm in Iowa and we're expecting another big snow storm; I wish he'd come here so I could dump him head first in a snow bank!  I don't know the caller ID as there was a message left on the phone.

I too have been plagued by these people for almost a year now.  They use various company names and the last name they gave me was Affidavit Consolidation Service.  I have had them pretend to be officers of the court and they always use American sounding names and sometimes names of celebrities.  They make claims that I have outstanding payday loans and that I will be charged with five counts of fraud or that my case goes in front of a judge the next day if I do not settle the matter with them.  I have asked many times for them to prove that I owe a debt or even give the name of the company that I supposedly owe.  They never have provided me any of that information; instead, they usually get angry and start insulting me, my family and Americans in general.  I have also had them hang up on my countless times when I confront them, then maybe two or three weeks later, the calls start again.  Why am I not in jail yet?  

I do however have a suggestion for anyone else with the same "friends" that call me.  Let's work together and fight fire with fire and get their names and contact numbers and pass them on to as many telemarketers (or any website that asks for a phone #) as possible.  Let's clog up their phone lines every time they change their numbers, maybe we could even get enough people together to call them non-stop on a selected date like maybe Saturday 1/08/10.  I'm going to post this on other sites like this one.  Please help spread the word!
