Does anyone know these scammers? Calling 10-15 times a day and no message.I'm not going to call New York, I don't know anyone there and don't have a credit card. My local phone company has gotten complaints also.

They're a call center for Card Services, which works primarily with main credit card places. Such as Chase, Premeir, etc..

They call me as late as 3:00 AM and 6:30 AM, no one is ever on the phone, what can I do to stop these harrassing phone calls

The same here with us, these people call around 10 x's a day and I'm really fed up with them and refuse to answer! I'm not giving them any personal info and this number needs to be reported and checked into! I'm glad I'm not the only one having this problem and before this one, there was another one from Fort Lauderdale, FL that was calling. They wanted my social sec. and I told them that there was no way I was giving her that information. If it'd been a company that I did business with all the time, it'd be different; but who knows who these people are and what they'd do with my information. That's all it'd take for an identity theif to steal your identity and take your money out of your bank acct and more! They can call all they want, but I'm not talking to them.

I returned their call and they asked for the last 4 digits of my ss#. I refused to give it to them and told them that they should tell me who they are calling for and what they are calling about. She told me she would call again. I said go ahead and we'll have the same conversation. If someone put them up to calling, they should tell you who they are calling for.
