Just got a phone call from this number, didn't answer it because it was a New York Numbers.  After reading all of this, I wll put them on block.  Kind of freaks me out.

I keep receiving phone calls from Frank ____ telling me a lawsuit has filed against my cell phone for a payday loan.  I did return the call and he identified himself as Shawn ______.  I asked which he was and he started screaming at me.  He is very hard to understand and won't give me any information other than if I don't pay, they are going to "come in the morning and throw me in jail"  The scary part is that he has my ssn.

mike plummer keeps calling my place of employment daily. This scammer needs to be stopped.

I received a call from this phone# 346-618-0664...  this is the second time they called me they left messages on my cell and home phone. Not at work yet, lets hope it stays that way. I don't call them back.. it's always the same threats.. there is some claim on my SS# (last 4 digits) and if I don't call back they will take legal action and i will be arrested and put in jail.. which I've asked around and made some phone calls.. they can not do that.  They are really just a pain in the rear.   If I can't understand a word they are saying and it's always that same accent.  I might ask if there is someone who speaks real English that I can talk to. Get as much info that I can and then report them..  It get so tiresome..  I made the mistake on getting a few loans and I did over whelm myself. But I also went to a dept help company and get it all straightened out. I just get info and report it to them. The calls will slowly stop.

I recieved a phone call on my cell phone today 5-09-2011 and they called from 052-480-189, at least that how it came across my caller ID and then when they left a message they left 347-618-0664 for me to return the call then they called my place of employment. I don't know how these people got my contact information and my social, the man even said the last 4 digits of my social on the message he left on my cell phone. Is there anything I can do to stop them from calling my phone and place of employment?  PLEASE HELP this is crazy how they can just harrass someone and nothing is being done about it. I reported them before as well!!! Just want the harrassing calls to STOP!!

I received a call from them as well - from Frank Smith - called me on my WORK number. I called them back from my cell phone about an hour later and spoke with Danny who indicated the same: I will be thrown in jail if I don't pay (which is illegal, I might add, for them to threaten that without proper documentation). He then proceeded to yell at me that if I didn't want to pay, he would just see me in court the next morning. he had my social, phone, address and work - and DL#. I denied that any of it was accurate and asked how he got my information - stated he was with ACS (which he tried to tell me what it stood for but all I could get was A___ Collection Services"). He stated it was for a payday loan with cash net, in which I have never dealt with in my life....  and then I asked again his company - he stated "Federal Department - we're throwing you in jail." I called back SERVERAL times to speak with a manager and apparently they are all managers - I was hung up on several times - spoke with a Dennis and a Josh... all very deep indian accents - very hard to understand. they hung up on me and one transferred back to Danny who SCREAMED "YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY, I'LL JUST F*CK YOU IN COURT TOMORROW". I tried to call back several times again but it kept going into a recording after 2 rings... I think they were sending me to "voicemail" LOL I have to say, quite entertaining to mess with them and harrass them but all in the same, scary they have all my information...

the best part is to let them think they are gonna get money. they get REAL nice. Then I tell them that i was recording the call and I am going to report them to the FCC. They don't like that. They leave me alone for about 3 months, then they start again. It's very annoying. It's been going on for about a year.

I got the same call this morning from this place....it's a scam..They got your information if you have ever applied for a payday loan. I called my State's Attorney's office and she knew exactly what I was talking about....she said they are shiesty people who have gotten my information from a previous form I filled out, and to ignore them or not to accept the call!

I've received calls from this number numerous times over the past few months. Each time it's by someone with a very thick Indian accent but a very American name. This latest person is named Victor Johnson. I've told them repeatedly to stop calling my work and that I never took out a payday loan with their company. Like so many others here I am alarmed at how they know all my information. After hanging up on him because he wouldn't speak clearly he proceeded to call me back every two minutes for some time. I finally answered and asked for his supervisor. The next person to get on the phone was also hard to understand but I certainly understood him tell me to "F" myself repeatedly. Never really could understand the name of their company so it makes it hard to report them. They make it sound like you are being sued, that you will be arrested and that a court case has already been filed. Of course all of this is crap since you would receive notice from the courts if someone filed suit against you. You'd think if you really owed someone money they would send something in the mail too. I did speak with a company like this in the past who also claimed I had a payday loan I owed. I found it odd since the only two loans I've ever had were paid off. When I asked for proof all they mailed me was an application. Nothing signed, no proof the money was ever sent or received by me, nothing. Obviously they are getting this info somehow, most likely by hacking into the real loan companies and stealing it.

I'M GETTING THE SAME CALLS AS EVERYONE ELSE WHO POSTED AND THEIR CALLING ME AT WORK AND DISRESPECTING MY CO-WORKERS. HE CALLED MY CO-WORKER A STUPID BI*** BECAUSE SHE ASKED HIM HIS NAME. FOR THE LAST 2 HOURS THEY HAVE CALLED ME 15 TIMES. EVERY TIME I HANG UP ON THEM THEY CALL RIGHT BACK. SO I DECIDED TO BE NICE AND SEE HOW I CAN SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. WELL......HE OFFERED ME $500 TO SLEEP WITH HIM, TOLD ME IF I JOIN SOME SERVE FOR THEM THEY'LL PAY OFF MY DEBT, AND HE WAS SOOOOO SERIOUS ABOUT IT. I TALKED TO HIM FOR ABOUT 30 MINS AND AT THIS POINT HE WAS SO CALM. I THINK ITS SOME TYPE OF SEX RING

I also received a threatening call from this# & one from (214)785-2058 they were telling me how I was going to be arrested or that I was the subject of an investigation. They claimed this was over a payday loan that I supposedly took out but never did.This is a total scam & a complete crock-would like to hear imput on how to get rid of these calls

They just called me and said I would be arrested and that I had to pay so much money,  they can not speak english and I tld him he did not know the laws in america and he got so mad.  He started telling me to suck his ____! If I find out his name I will sue him for harrassment and obscene phone calls.  

I told him to stop playing games and grow up.... He really got pissed then.  He said he was from Cash Advance.   He is a Weirdo.     If they call you sue them if you find them.

we recieved a message from this number stating that we signed a loan for someone named Don???? and we will be arested in 2 weeks if we do not pay back this loan. We dont know a Don or have we ever co signed a loan for ANYONE. this is a scam and I will not even return the call but I want to know how to get it to stop.

Obviously these people are  scam's !  I've been getting these phone calls for months and each time they call, it's from different phone numbers! I talk to them and get into a huge argument with them. Then the calls stop for a while, and then eventually they start back up again with them calling from a different number. Please, whatever you do.. do not give them any information. If they have your banking information already, contact your bank and see what the best route would be. I've gone and closed my old account. They will take money from your account!!!!

I had these people contact my employer making threats again my employer and myself if I was not put on the phone.  This has been ridiculous they contact my employer saying they are wit the FBI and  they are going to have me arrested for fraudulent charges if i did not make good on a payday loan in which I never have even had.  Contacted this payday loan company that they were saying they were with and told me to file a report with the federal trade commision.  Police were contacted at my place of employment and they listened to the recorded messages that these people were leaving and have filed charges against them through the state attorneys office.

Dont give them anything dont verify anything dont even suggest you are this person they are talking to.  File charges and get on your state attorneys website and report them.

I received a call from Mike Summer at WORK saying that he was with a cyber company, and I had an outstanding debt.  He had a very thick Indian accent, and I asked him how he got my work number, and he said that I gave it to him.  Which I didn't.  I asked him to spell my last name and he said "CROWDER"  Which is totally off base, considering my last name begins with a "G", and I asked for my social security number, and he said it was 055-46-6211, which is not even close to my actual social security number.  I kept asking him questions, and he was gettng so mad at me that he said he would call me 10,000 times at work so I loose my job!  I just kept asking him why he was getting so upset, and did he beat his wife at night, and does he have some deep seeded sexual problem with women, that is why he gets so upset, and he finally hung up the phone.  BEWARE of these people.  They are scammers.

I recieved a call on my cell from a 0000000000 so of course I didnt answer.  They then called me at work I told them they had the wrong number and it was a business phone not to call back, they kept asking my name and  I wouldnt give it to them, when I asked who he was he started hesitating and then told me he was an officer of the law.  I told him not to call my office again and he said he would call me thousands of times so I hung up.  For the next TWO hours the phone in my office rang every 2 minutes, he would call, I would hang up, he would call again.  My boss got on the phone with this guy and he continued to call.  My boss finally just put the line on hold and the guy hung up and called another line in my office and proceeded to cuss out one of my coworkers.  THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!! I knew it was a scam from the beginning, but to carry it out that far is ridiculous, there has to be a way to stop these idiots.

Hi this message is for ricky. tell him to call this number or if he dint call this number. we will call the police and they will arresst him. so my supervisor call me right away. bcause she is very worried abouht me. look even my supervisor she got stress from them. one thing i notices there voices is sound like indian. the message we got is they want me to pay amouht of 1,265. and i dont got money frm them. they told me my b somebody use my impormytion and thats my responsible. then i said i will talk to my lawyer then they hung up. the reason i report this problem is alot of people getting stress. pls help us to those caller give stress and trehtening me. thanks

My fiance' and I just dealt with these same people tonight. They had called his boss earlier today and left a voicemail stating a social security number. Jimmy, my fiance', tried calling them back and kept getting hung on. Finally he got through to someone, saying about owing cashnet $500 and that they were taking him to court if he didn't pay. Hard to understand them through their accent. They were calling Jimmy stupid, psycho, and told him to jump out of a window. I got on with them and they tried the same thing with me. Eventually the guy told me to put Jimmy back on the phone since he would be "less difficult" to deal with. I refused, demanding the name of his company, to speak to a supervisor, to have proof mailed to me and he refused all. He told me he was getting pissed and would start saying nasty things to me. I told him to go ahead and see what happens and then he had the nerve to ask me if I was gonna strip for him. It's scary because they somehow have our bank info and Jimmy's social security number. Have they tried taking money from anyone's accounts?

The exact same thing happened to me this morning. I had my attorney on the phone and we requested written documentation that funds were deposited to my account, and the person on the phone claims they were the supervisor but I can't tell! First of all, they can't speak a lick of DAMN ENGLISH and their accent is so thick you cant understand a damn thing their saying! Second of all I started to repeat to them the debt collection laws and that's when the lady got on the phone hollering about who knows what. I need to find out where I can report these people. These people called me yesterday, supposedly a Mac Marshall with an indian accent, they actually called my job and left a message with a co-worker when I called back it was his supervisor supposedly.  She went on and on about charges against me how I'll be arrested and taken to court over a pay day loan I actually didn't take out.  Well I told her first off I need documentation in writing so I can refer them to my attorney, half the stuff she was sayin I really couldn't understand cause her accent was so thick, she tried to say how I need to resolve it now or else further action will be taken and I will be arrested, atleast that's what I think she said, I told her again, I have an attorney and just send me over documentation, wow did she get mad and started yelling on the phone, all I heard was oh well then we'll just have you arrested then, and I hung up the phone.  Now I get into work and this freakin Mac Marshall leaves me a voicemail with such a thick accent you really can't understand.  These people are really too much I can't believe they harass you and threaten you and really think I'm going to confirm the info you have on me and actually give you my card number to pay you some off the wall amount just cause you threaten to have me arrested....mind you they said their from NYS Finance something and I'm from Jersey go figure!! I wonder how I can report these people cause that lady was ridiculous
