I ordered to pairs of ugg. Haven't got them by now. One they later than me my mom ordered 3 pairs. They've just arrived but there are only 2! And they're sooooo fake.... I was surprised to see that the package came from Shaghai so I cannot even read where from exactly as I do not read Chinese!

i ordered a pair of boots from uggaustrail.gs a week ago, I have sent four emails none of which have been replied to the phone number 020 32981909 doesn't exist and they took £20 more out of my bank than they said they would, due to exchange rate apparently! will i ever receive these uggs? fake is better than nothing!! no conformation email, no tracking number just a hole in my bank account..
Has anyone else used this site?

similar experience, but fortunately visa should refund if I send details of delivery, notification that they are fake and that I have returned the goods. As I do not have an address, I will send a copy of an email asking for their returns address.

we need too send these back, but dont have a returns policy, to get our money back,

I'm sorry the website I used was: www.uggcozyboots.com and the charge posted to my account was from QIUZI GROUP SHENZHEN CN. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. I hope this helps someone else out.

I ordered UGG boots online from www.cozyuggboots.com and was charged and never received my boots. The company has emailed back and forth with me but they took the money from my account and charged me an international processing fee as well. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE for any reason. It is a SCAM! Yes i ordered boots online from UK, the customer service no for UK was 020 32981909. This is also a fake number, have contacted bank who will refund the charge within 10 days,have also blocked my card, so it means waiting for a new one to arrive(all you need 3 days before xmas!) But i urge any one else who has ordered from them to do the same. In the meantime my daughter will have to put up with a pair of wellies for xmas!! I hate been scammed!!!!

ok..find out if there is a partner company on the ugg website..i havnt been on that site but i found the partner for jerseyusa and contacted them..gave them my order number and got a trackin number from them that seems legit says my order shipped on the 14th..so hopefully it did..either that or find a good hacker to crash there site...lol ..there has to be a way for someone to track someone down expecially if u paid by visa....by some of u they could be sued for robbery or false advertisement..

i ordered 2 jerseys from jersyusa they are from china i ordered them on dec 7th got an email of status..processing...her it is 15th no new status and i cant get ahold of them either..the company that took the money was this company also..

yep...looks like ive been had too. any further info? i ordered mine while on holiday in australia, expecting them to be waiting for me when i got back to the uk. They were a 60th birthday present for my mum,how sad is this!

i would get in touch with your bank straight away, incase they try to take anymore money out, if you explain to ya bank, you should get your money bank but i would do it sooner than later

they got me too, i ordered my ugg boots in november not got no emails comfirming my order or nothing, they took the money out of my account on the 29th of november, i havent recieved a thing, been in touch with the with the bank 3 days ago, they said they would look into it, but good news just rang the bank again and they are sending me a disclaimer out for me to sign and send back then they will put the money back in within 2 days, they are also are blocking these plonkers from trying to take anymore money out of the bank
