SAME PEOPLE  CALLING  ME  ALL THE  TIME  SAYING  BETTER  CALL THEM

I missed a call from this number, but on the message it sounded like this "I am officer Martin Lawrence from the US Legal Department. This message is intended to contact (some incoherent name, not mine). Your name and number have been listed as a reference on a legal document. My call-back number is 347625335 (he seriously didnt even say the 2), good luck"  

For a second I was concerned, but then i thought about some of the things he said, and it all added up to scam.

This d****ad has called me at work about 8 times, first asking for people who don't work here, then trying to get me to tell him my last name and now he asks for me and gets creepy about how I have "a nice voice."  Now I just hang up on him.

they just called me stating that I was gonna be arrested for 3 felony fraud charges under the us legal department!!! such crap. I asked for an address so I could turn myself in but he came back with "All I asked was do you want to settle this over the phone and out of court." I'm not settling anything that I dont owe! I never took out a loan!!! They have my social, secondary bank info (thank god I dont use that account) and all my personal info such as address. I get calls like these every few months and Ive even chnged my number a few times. If I could get my hands on them I would be gettin arrested afterwards!!! The cops arent even able to help. Ive filed reports with the local cops, FBI, and everyone else they have inpersonated. They even called saying they worked for a law firm in CA. I called and told that firm bout them. Now its to the point its just fun to piss them off. I'll frustrate them to the point of them yelling and cussing at me. Im amused.

report them to the attorney general office in your state and they will tell you not to talk to them and  that if you owe someone by law they have to send you notice via mail and then you do not go to jail or get arrested for owing a debt unless it is child support non payments or you defrauded a company in some way intentionally these people get all your information and they want to pray on you to get money as they use those scare tactics stay strong and do not respond if you know you owe a company for something contact that company most people know who and what they owe anyway so anything else is  a scam.

do not argue with these people just hang up if they call and i even changed my phone number at home and everyone at work knows not to accept any calls from them as well and i told them what was going on so they could not intercede in my work i notifed the attorney general and you should do the same  they even tried to tell me i was getting arrested and they can not arrest you for a debt owed even if you owe it and they hack into loans that you apply for and that is how they get your information. the attorney general said to say i know this is a scam you have been reported and hang up and then do not respond at all to them each time they call simply hang up and they will get the message . they are scam artist and try to pray on people and karma will come to them

this person is a scam artist and should be reported to the police

Just got a call and got the same message that I owed them money which I don't.  This will teach me to NEVER apply for any type of loan again.  People get your information and will scam you for everything that you have.  I learned my lesson. I got scammed once because at one time I did owe for a loan but I know that I don't now so they can just go jump. PLUS, the accent was so thick, you couldnt understand a word that he said.

He has an indian accent and says his name is Jim Harris. He says he is from the United Processing legal department and that I have a FCVS case file. He tells me that if I do not call him back that I should contact my attorney. He mentions again that I have a legal case file and to make sure that I return his call. Not the first time he calls.

This freaking people are pissing me off and the cops or nobody can do anything about it, they called me from an 818 number , now they are calling me from a 347 with the same story about the loan which I have never appplied for. I wish I can get my hand on this idiots

These people some people with an indian accent or something have called me from this NYC number and from an 818 number which is california saying I have a lawsuit being filed against me over a cash advanced that I applied for and never was approved for or received so now there saying I owe then some money that I never received in my bank accoynt I've talked, to my bank and this number is a scam there just trying to scare me they have all of my information where i work, my social security number, etc. so I told them do what they want that I'm not giving then, anything that I know I dont owe. Is anyone else getting calls like this?
