Called me saying he is Sebastian Taylor from American Legal Services in Texas, and they have offbranches all over the us including New York.

UGH !!!! STUPID PEOPLE !!!! Seriously, i called this place to get an address to send them a notice of bankruptcy for a client they hung up on me 4 times, wouldnt give me an address.  i read up on them here and i see all of this... and WOW, now it all makes since. i swear i wanna go over there, find these people, and punch them in the face. i finally on the 5th call got an address, only because at that point i was litteraly SCREAMING at them. and was given that 101 e. green street B.S.

I keep getting the same harassing phone calls.  Please help.  I can hardly understand what the guys are saying.  I also asked for an address and told them that I would be glad to pay off the debt if it is owed, but I would need something in writing.  The refused to send me anything in writing and gave me the same address.  They said that if I mailed a payment there, it would not be noted to my account.  I also asked for an account number and they wouldn't give me one.  I googled the address and this website came up.  I refused to give anyone my account info without something in writing.  Truly a scam.

they have your social security number and your address you should be concerned.

This is so ridiculous. i read all the stories and they match up exactly with wat i am going thru. they harass me all day at work then i'll check my cell and they have called me on my cell phone as well and have left a voicemail. I cant even understand what these people are saying. whenever i answer my work phone i just hang up on them. they even call my husbands phone, the other day he answered and told them i had died but ofcourse they just keep calling. they keep saying that i owe money on a loan from 2008 and that im being sued and gonna be taken to court if i dont call them immediately. they are so stupid. what i do sometimes is just write down the number and call them over and over again just to bug them. its kinda funny. the last 2 people that called me were peter john and jessica bush lol yet i cant understand wat there sayin cuz there from some foreign country its hilarious. the number that shows up on my phone is a 052 #. and then they leave a completely different call back number. there stupid and im starting to think i have nothing to worry about with those people even if they have some of my info.

Thank you for that contact #- I was called and yelled at by a foreign person- he knew my ssc# and stated that he was going to report me to the credit bureau unless I paid back some loans he claimed I took out. I called the FTC and they stated they are aware of the scam and that they try to get people to send money back to them but normally can't do anything with your personal info. Just in case I contacted Equifax and the 2 other major credit reporting agencies and had them to put a 90 day fraud alert on my credit. They are following these guys and building up their cases against them. Do not be frighten as that is what they want you to do! Be scared and pay them! One called me out of my name when I asked for a manager. And then when I called back to disguise my voice but gave my contact # to them and stated I was ready to pay, he said to late you have been sent to the police, county office! What in the world! I laughed in his ear and said but I want to pay please! haha! I told him this call is being traced and he hung up on me!!!  Thanks Kelly!!!:)

Could those commercials be any more accurate. This company is such a freaking joke. These scare tactics are pathetic. My mother has been getting these calls for a few months now. The even call me and threaten me saying I am responsible for something she never received in the first place because I was a reference. I really wonder some times what companies are out there actually just making a couple bucks off your information. Telling some one they are going to jail because of a debt is against the law, even more so when the debt does not exist in the first place. I have told this indian guy off so many times, and it has now really become a form of stress relief because they are such an obvious joke. Hello.."Muh nahme ees peggy" I suppose when you have no real marketable skills, trying to rip people off is the only option you have left. If you are getting these threatening calls, I would not really worry about it. These guys are just con artists, bad ones at that.

Today I received a message at my phone where the person identified himself as Joseph or something like that because he has a lot of accent; he was rough with me too ; he asked me a lot of questions plus requested me to confirm my last social security #'s  where he states I owed them money that I have to pay as well.... money that of couse i never get at my bank account how he told me and my husband.....   i requested all by written incluiding the back up of the "deposit that that company did"

I have been called from the # _______ repeatedly for a 3 day in a row stretch, then they stop for a few weeks, then start again. They have thick indian accents and other afro american thick accents. I finally answered and they have left several threatening messages on my phone # that I did not pay a bill and now the NY State Attorney General was going to hand me legal papers and I there was a lega lean on my Social Security # and I was to be arrested at home if I did not pay. i was to call the above Number back immediately 347.625. 3715. I did not beleive them asn asked them for an address, they gave me 101 E. Green Street in Brooklyn, NY  11327. I told them to send me something in writing, they had and recited me and my address (I did not give it to them) It is from Cash Advance USA. I looked up all these number sand it is a scam, I am worried becasue these people have a lot of imformation and I am a single mom. So I am not sure what to do.

I got calls from this number and 717-862-4080, always a thick indian accent, always a different American-sounding name, saying they have my SS#, my residing address, my bank account info, etc.  They are also calling other people I know and harassing them at all hours.  Other people posting said to go to the FBI website and report it as an online crime, other people have said call the FTC.  The number for the FTC is 877- FTC- HELP.  Good luck and DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING.

i have have them calling me on my job , at my home . i will say i was on line for a pay day laon and this is a terrible mess . these people call everyday and treaten me that i owe them money or i'm going to jail . lile the other lady said they have my ss# license # everything . how do i report these people   so i  can raise my children be worried everyday of my life.                                                   doddy

I just got the same message and they called my work phone number. I checked online first to see about the weird number and I seen all of these messages. Because of everyones messages I called back and advised them that I knew they were a scam and I was going to report them to my local authorities. Needless to say they hung up on me. So I called them back over and over and over again and asked each individual if they enjoyed being harassed at there place of employment (if thats what they want to call it). I feel bad for those people that were actually suckered into paying for something they never received.

I was told by the receptionist at my job that someone keeps calling all day from that number.
When I got home, someone with a thick accent left me a message on my machine stating that their  was some kind of lean on my social security number and that they are calling from the legal department.  They refused to leave any further information and I refuse to give them any further info after reading these comments.

I keep getting the same calls. I have told them over and over they are full of it, and no more than a scam..They know so much information on me that it is down right scarey..They claim they I will be locked up for Money Laundrying...I told them to stop calling my work and home..They love to aurgue with you, and hang up on you. I even told them that I was the devil and that I would be watching them. Didnt scare them at all....They use American names, and are from India or some other country with strong accents..They are the dumb ones to think that I dont realize that they are using made up names..

I was called like 20 times by a indian man. Could not understand what he was saying. He wanted me to go to Wal-mart, get a debit card, call hin back with that info and pay ,what he said I owe. I dont owe any money - I said, so he started to use some very scare tactics. That guy name was James Carter. I reported this to Attorney General .

I am repeatedly receiving harrasing phone calls to my job, cell phone, work and husbands job. They are asking for social security numbers and bank information. When you google this number hundreds of people are receiving these same phone calls.

this f'n guy called me @ work today told me to hold for his supervisor...for what? i'm thinking. attorney sebastian taylor comes on the line can barely say my name and sounds like hes in a call center in india but his last name is taylor...right. demanded money told i don't owe that company money so you can't sue. said hes gonna add hes fees to the lawsuit and hung wish i could meet him in person so i could not his f'n teeth out. scumbag why don't work for sprint or some other cell phone company.

So I too just got a call from these Indians!  Claiming I owe money on a loan..they asked for another number to contact me..I didn't give the number, instead I asked for theie phone number.  The number given was 347-625-3715.  I tried to call back and either it was busy or the mail box was full.  As soon as I hung up the phone I googled the phone number and realized it was a fraud call.  I followed all instructions..I contacted the secret service and left a message for the attorney general in the State of New York.  I just recieved a phone call from the New York Attorney General..They asked a few questions...then told me good luck dealing with it!  WHAT?  Nice!  Anyone have any other ideas how to stop these fools from calling me?
