I received a call a couple weeks ago that i owed the IRS $9999 from 2006-current in back taxes, that I would be sued for making false statements and false returnes.
I said really, Ive never received an paperwork from the IRS...I was told they broadcased my name all over the radio, internet and TV and I should have heard about it.
I asked Angela Johnson employee #11738 (really trying to sound official) for the number to the IRS to really verify this, she gave me the IRS # 800-829-1040. I called and spoke to a REALY IRS agent, she assured me this is a scam and not to wrorry. She was filing a compliant agains this so called "Department of Legal Affairs" with the Attorney Generals Office.
Today, I received a call at 6:08am, i declined the call because I recognized the number. They left a vm, which I saved again. I received 12cs from this number from 6:08am until 11:37am this morning. I picked up one of the calls and told this guy to stop harrassing me and that i have already verified with the IRS that I dont owe such claimed. The guy began arguing with me telling me "really, you never called the IRS your just telling me that." He said that he was going to have me arrested and that this call was real...I told him I will have my authorities here to meet his. I hung up on him and he kept calling me back. i denied the call and he called back, 12 times. really? So I blocked the # with my wireless caller and will file another complaint with the IRS and FTC. I will also file with the local PD here in town. Cant we do something about this crap??

I am also getting calls from people saying that they are from the dept of Legal Affairs Treasury, I know this is a scammer call

Someone need to stop these (D) scammers, i'm am sick of them.
they acting like they are of the Legal Affairs Tresuery, look them up there is no name no nothing with this Number and i called the Internal Revenue and Tresuery, and these ones that is calling is nothing but scammers, call me again and i'm going to sue you for harrassment you got it. I'm ready to fight you now
they using 347-671-0288----and give the address of 110 west 44th St. new york ,new york=== and this is not the number that belongs to that address ---- you big dummies
