I 've been receiving constant harrassing phone calls from 1-347-478-7341, and 1-888-253-7639, saying that I owe on a old payday loan, and the name is Sebastain Taylor, is one of the names, that states He is in a legal department called Westfield United, and they stated if I don't pay on this loan, I will be taken to court.

I'm the Receptionist at a company and these people have been harrassing one of my employees for over a year now. I just got a call from Mr. Granville Graham who "works" for Jonathan Reid and the funny part was they called from 347-269-0834 but left the number to call back as 347-380-8985 I wish there was more to be done about tracking these jerks down.

I received a call from Mary Jackson, stating that my driver's licence and social security inforamtion was submitted for legal action and that I need to call back ASAP. I call the number back and was asked was this me, then I asked who I was speaking with they starting screaming at me and then hung up. I tried calling abck several more time and only when I call from a different number that they answer. But if I ask for Mary Jackson they hang up.

Calling from India or Cario??? collecting not sure may be bogus call.

This company calling themselves ACLS claims that I owe them $580.00. They are a bogus sham. Someone named John Ricardo

This number called one of my friends and said that I owed them money,  The person said his name is bill johnson

I have been receiving harassing phone calls from people at this same phone number, they are calling me at work, mind you I am in ER nurse and at home about 10 times a day threatening to have me arressted at first and then they said they would take me to court. Same situation, stating I have outstanding loans that I have not paid back, which is not true. The men have strong oriental accents and always use names like Joe Smith, they also state they are officers, that they work for the Law office of California and then went as far as to tell me they were with the U.S. Dept. of Justice. I have reported this to the U.S. Dept. of Justice, the local police, the FBI (which the US Dept of Justice recommended I do) and the FTC. I have informed them of this and they continue to call. I finally asked them for their address and was given 101 E. Green Street, Brooklyn,NY. which led me to this sight. I think I may have stopped the calls by informing them that when they call me at work they are being recorded since I work in the ER, and then added that my husband is an FBI agent and our home phone is also recording all of their harassing phone calls, the man actually cursed at me then hung up the phone. I have taken precautions of changing banks and everything because they had way too much of my personal info. What a bunch of crooks!!

Same as everyone above with this number. I have spoken with an indian person named David Johnson among other phony names. I have been getting these calls for a year now and each time I am threatened with legal papers that miraculously never come. I have told them every time to take me to court and I will settle it there. Again nothing happened. They have threatened my supposed references and my family members saying they will be "in huge trouble." I have called back and asked info and get hung up on every time. Do not pay these people a dime.

I received a call today and my caller id says:

And then another call from:

So I didn't answer the phone. Then I went to check my voice-mail and the message says:

"This is Suzanne Wilson from ACS affidavit processing company. The reason for my call is to inform you that we have received legal documentation against you're name and 3 civil charges pressed on your social security number. So call me back as soon as you recieve my message other wise you will be in huge trouble. And my next call will be to your residents-es and to your work....."

I mean come on. First of all can they really do that.  And second of all the woman's voice is of an foreign accent like an Indian's maybe.

And the message says to call back at 347-709-1648.  Then why the strange info on my caller ID. Someone needs to do something about these people.

I mean I work at ACS and there is nobody by the name of Suzanne Wilson in the legal dapartment. And if they do work in the legal department, then why threaten to call my work place if the legal dapartment is part of my work place and in fact would have already done so.  These people are terrible.

So a warning out there to all people who recieve strange phone calls and the info on your caller ID seems strange, then don't answer it.  I would hate to have anyone go through the emotion stress that I have gone through.

I too have had these phone calls. They 1st called the house number and threatened me with arrest. I said go ahead since I know the sheriff and that he lives 2 streets over from me. This was in Sept of 2010. Now they are calling my cell phone and saying the same thing. Pisses me off. I just don't want to change my number since everyone that I know personally has it and I have done several job applications with that number on them. it is really hard when they keep calling and leaving threatening messages and then my mailbox on my phone gets filled and then the people that really ( job people) need to get a hold of me and can't leave a message because of these people leaving messages all the time. Really gets my goat. I have reported them to the proper authorities, but they don't stop. Either the calls are on the east coast or the west coast and they call up til midnight. I have small children that the phone calls wake them up too. Gets really annoying for them to call late at night. any suggestions on what I can do?

I am greatful for not taking bs from people.. this number has been calling me so many times never picked up till they desided to threaten that they were going to start harrassing my family and friends if i didnt contact them about  lawsuit against me.. And by the way first red flag was that the pakastani dude name was David johnson, REALLY. i dont think so.. I called backed asked for the fake David johnson and told them to take me to court so i can show the judge the harrassing phone calls they let.. The not so David johnson said "yes mame i understand and hung up.. lets see if they call me back..

They just called me and said I took out a loan and never paid it back. The they said I have a lawsuit against me. I never even had a loan except for my schooling. He said if I pay him over the phone the lawsuit will go away. DONT DO IT.

Received similar message as above, called the number and asked what type of business it was and the dude hung up on me twice.

I have received several messages left on my cell phone from Eric LLoyd from ACS commection dept claiming that I have 3 legal allegations against me and my social security number.  I was suspicious about the call so I googled the number and it led me here.  I have not contacted him but I too am concerned that he has my cell number.

Man named Logan Stone called from ACS-affadavit consolidation dept-about 3 seperate allegations against my social. he left this number 347-709-1648. I never called the number back, but I am concerned he has my home number and work number so I am reporting them to all the correct agencies.

I got a message on my home phone as well as my work phone saying I owed several thousand dollars, and if I didn't pay right now, over the phone, they would take me to court. The message also claimed they would take action to freeze my social security number and warned that a failure to take action would harm my loved ones. I refused to give them any information as I knew I didn't owe money. They also refused to verify who they were. Now they call my house and my office daily and leave harassing messages. I've reported them to the FTC and just refuse to pick up when they call.

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers pretend to be law enforcement (police, sheriff, Feds, AG's Office, fake cop agencies with made-up names) and using bought/hacked loan application data to extort money for fictitious crimes or your personal ID.

I just got a call from phone number 347-709-1648 his name was James Carter climbing that i owe a pay day loan told me that i need to pay them before 2:00 oclock today.

This fellow with a foreign accent who couldn't even pronounce my simple name Sarah claimed to be Lawyer Sebastian Taylor from the Law and Justice Department of the American League of Services and that a lawsuit was about to be file against me so if I don't want legal proceedings to start against my employer and references, I should call him this direct right away. I have had someone scam me out of my hard-earned money because they claimed I took an online loan and didn't pay it back. No more of that! I am not falling for this again!
Why are people so wicked? Why can't they go get an honest job and work to help humanity rather than rob us? I just don't get it.

So I just called the 347-709-1648 number.  A man with a indian accent answers and says "ACS" really quietly and I said, "Yes, Hello, Im trying to speak with Mary Jackson."  He says "The office is closed right now, call back in one hour"  I say "Oh, where is the office located?" He says "101 East Green Street, Brooklyn, NY" I said "Okay great, and whats the zipcode?" He says "11201"  I said "Ok, and do you work for the company or are you the secretary or what?" and he says "no Im the guard" So I say "ok Ill write a letter, thank you"

I then went and googled that address and its on an alley in the Hood!  The street view shows that no legit debt collection company would work out of that neighborhood!  These are the types of places debt collectors are scared to go to!

Report these people and avoid them!  Do not give your personal info!

Its a scam company, Google the number and google 052497347.  I recieved calls from the 052497347 number and an indian/pakistani lady claming to be Mary Jackson with a legal company.  Im calling them today to get rid of these scammers.  Google it and you'll find everything you need to know.
