I've been getting calls from an "unknown" number for weeks, so I finally answer it today.  The lady on the other end barely speaks english.  When I asked to speak to someone that I can understand, she gave me THIS number to call back but said to wait 10 minutes because he was out to lunch.  He had the last four of my social AND the name of the company I worked for.  They claimed I haven't paid back an internet loan I received.  When I told him that I never applied for OR received an internet loan, he said people were coming to my place of employment tomorrow to give me papers, pick me up and take me to court.  REALLY??  When I laughed at him he refused to say anything else because of my rude attitude (for laughing), wished me luck in court and hung up on me.  Half an hour later, the original lady called me back.  Two hours later, they call from a different number.  They're persistent little jerks aren't they!?  One more call and I'm going to take it further.  What's also funny is that when I asked what company they worked for, they said LLC!  Umm....ok?

They have been calling for weeks now. I've blocked numbers, contacted police, and told them to stop calling. Nothing has helped. They have now started sexually harassing me on the phone when they call. Any idea how to make this stop??

From the research I've done, they aren't even in the US and just routing calls through US numbers, which makes it impossible to file something in the US.

This is the second report I am filling.  I filed one last week where they called an stated that they were going to contact me employers and have money withheld form my pay check and I told them they could contact my lawyer and he would handle their statement that I owe a payday loan that I have not payed on.  I informed them that I pay on any and all bills that I make and if I owed anyone I would receive a statement in the mail.

Today they called again and this time they called my woirk phone and left me a message to call back or would suffer the consequenses of my actions.  I called back and was told to hold on which I did as I was so mad about the message they left.  They want my lawyer contact and I told them that they had called my work number and that I did not wan them to contact me at work and they said they would contact my employer.  Jacob Morris is the person that called and I told him that I had already notified the internet anoyance department with the name and phone number of this company as they had the last 4 digets of my ss, my address , date of birth, my bank account information and my place of employment.  This is the same man that called last week and he sounds like he is from Pakastan or another country that has a famiiar accent.

I HAVE REC'D 3 PHONE CALLS FROM JULY AND 2 THIS MONTH FIRST ONE FROM LA SAYING THEY HAD A WARRENT FOR MY ARREST FOR A PAY DAY LOAN IN CHECKING ON MY BANK ACCOUNT ON THE DAY HE SAID THERE WAS NO ACTIVE SAID I HAD TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD I TOLD HIM I WASNT PAYING HE GOT MAD CALL ME A B AND HUNG UP EARLY THIS MONTH I GOT THE SAME KNID OF PHONE CALL FROM NC (GASTON SAME THING ONLY THIS GUY THREATEN BODILY HARM AND THEN TRIED TO PICK ME UP. TODAY ONE FROM NEW YORK. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY GOT MY PHONE NUMBER AS IT UNLISTed AND THEY HAVE THE LAST 4 OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I HAVE CONTACTED THE HOME LAND SERCUIRTY AS THEY DONT SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH, BUT NOTHING.

they called me also .... this time i checked the number.  They also left me a message and i've called my local police department concerning them.  In the past they have used another number.

CONTACT THE FTC.GOV /FBI.GOV AND REPORT THESE BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE

This man called  saying that  I owe $302 on a loan between 10-11 which is strange because i only have 2 that are  due next month. I ask for  a phone number and he claim he might cause conflict of interest. But he threatren to get the police to arrest me. He has all my personal information and this is scary!!! They need to be shut down now!!! No professional lawyer of any kind speaks  the language that he did cursing. He called us evil people. Sounds like a terriorist to me!!!

these cowards called this morning saying they were from the "legal department" and got quite rude when I told them my bankruptcy had already been discharged and started using foul language telling me to go $*%+ myself,they then transfered mr to a "supervisor" who yelled at me and then put on some loud music for ten minutes.
I have been advised that this is most likely not a legitimate U.S. company and if they call back to ask which company they are specifically collecting for and then report that company to the fair collections company,

I get a call from them all the time... I asked them to send me something in writing because I never applied for any pay day loans.. Once then did I filed a police report sent it to them and that still was not good enough... I unfortunitely had to file bankruptcy and included this bill because they would not stop calling me.. After I filed and they recevied notification the phone calls stopped for a couple of months... Now they started up again because my case was discharged and they never responded to the courts to file a claim against me... Some how this is fraud, identity theft on their part... You can never understand the person calling you and they don't care what you have to tell them....

This person called from New York caller ID say's they filed a law suit on Monday for claims that I owned them money I have no paper work but some who they have my info.
This is a ID Theft some how.
