Robot- auto dialer   When answered it switch it over to a person named Jason Stated it was capital financing company, New Yorker for sure, No doubt they are scammers, when asked to stop Robo calling they hang up. They are not who they say they are nor are they honest in their ways. Beware

I picked up, said "hello", and waited 4 seconds.  When no voice came on, I hung up.  Obviously a robo-dialer, but I'm not sure for what company.
