A guy called claiming to be an officer from IRS Criminal Investigation Division. Major SCAMMMER, be careful!!

People dont believe in internet cash this is a big spam and this nr.too!!!they had take money from me and now disapear!

I also got a phone call from this  number 3477621444 I told them I dint know who they were and that they had the wrong number he also had a accent.

Have received this call many times from this number. Tired of it. Want it stopped.

I got this to! He asked for an old employee said he was officer Joseph Williams and to have employee call him back. Just like above heavy middle-eastern accent. Then this person began to call over and over again (5-6 times) with volgar comments towards me I kept hanging up and finally my boss (after 3 more calls) got him to stop. I have worked in an office for over thirty years and have never had this happen. Several of the calls also said private in the caller ID but one other number was 804-761-3786

Handle these guys with laughing at them. Mine was going to have me arrested and in jail the next day. I told him he was damn good if he could get me before a judge within the next 24 hours. Then I told him I was on federal probation for internet fraud already (a lie and one of the charges he said was being brought against me) and that I would have my federal probation officer contact him about any charges being brought against me. He hung up on me . Hopefully, that ended that.

I had the same people call me this morning and woke up my 3 month old daughter in the process...a***oles...they claimed they were from the United State Investigation Bureau Crime Prevention Department and they were located in Syracuse New York, but the real funny thing is they were calling from a Brooklyn number.....dumbass, I'm originally from upstate New York!!!! I know the area codes!!!! If any of you happen to be able to get these people caught please email me @ freespiritcatering@yahoo.com and i will testify as well

i had the same thing happen to me today. I have called them and have reported this to the police!  Maybe this will be stopped!  He knew everything about me too!  One was from new york.. other from california...same person.

how to i report this call? i have them calling saying that they are crime and a loan place. i live in utah and wouold like to know who i can call

Officer Andrew Taylor with Federal Bureau Investigation , Crime Prevention.  Has left several voice mails to return his call.  He gave my social security number and street address!  How do idiots get this information?

called me on Thanksgiving, yelling at me, and saying they were Marshall's with the US Attorney's office.  Sounded like foreigners from India..... threatening me , etc...........

please stop calling my home with these scams prosecution and legal actions will be taken against the one behind this because they have my social my address my work information as well as my bank etc

please find who these ppl are and put them under the jail this is fraud they called with my name address social state id and the place of which i work along with my bank information

yes they called me not long ago and gave me all my information such as phone number social state id number my place of residence bank information and were i work and said that i was being investigated for fraud for funds i had deposited to my account that was not true so i called my bank to let them know what was going and i will be filing charges for harassment as soon as they find out who these ppl are and beside I called the person out on the phone when he so called put me on hold and tried calling my phone he told me to listen and verify the information and don't say anything but to respond to the case that was pending on me which i am smarter than that so i asked him what day was these charges filed he said on the 30th day of FEB  so i said FOOL there's not 30 days in FEB its either 28-29 so I know your lying and besides i never took out a pay day loan so go fool some one else...I pray to God they are caught and but under the jail for trying to ruin people lives

My calls came from another number entirely, but referenced the same company advanced cash net. the first call came from the number 951-582-4834 saying there was a legal affidavit that i needed to submit and that they needed my personal information and name and number of my attorney before they could release the names of who was suing me, what the charges were, and for how much. I told them I didn't have to give them anything and that if they were suing me then they had to furnish summons papers per the judicial system. I received several calls from this number and have two recorded voicemails from them. Recently a second party to this called both my number and my work number claiming to be an officer with the USA crime investigation bureau, that number is 347-762-1444. they told me that my name came across their desk. and stated that i signed an agreement with advanced cash net. I've never heard of them and certainly have not signed any documents! They claimed a deposit had been made to my account, I had my bank print off a financial statement covering the past two months, there is no deposit from their company! I told them the same thing i told the prior caller that for me to be sued, per the judicial system of this country I had to be served summons papers...they hung up on me. I haven't heard anything else from them.

Have received several phones stating on owe money from a payday loan that i received back in feb 2011
Has personal information and has also called me at my work number. He told me his name was Thomas and he has a accent and said if i didnt take care of this matter, that i would be arrested and would come to my place of employmnet and get me fired also. He also gave me a case file number

Am being harrased at work said something bout a loan online. Ive filed a report.

they are doing the same thing to me. the guy said he was officer patrick Nelson with the us crimes division.

They called and said I owed them money. When I never got a loan from them.

I received a call from them today again on my cell phone and at work telling me he was Officer Michael Hibbs with Us Crime and Prevention...I was scammed from these people in July and then They tried to us my card to purchase on line items. Shut down my account and know they are calling again!..report this asap

Caller "Officer Kevin" has called our business SEVERAL times over the past couple weeks looking for one of my employees.  He gets very irate when he can't speak with the employee.  I have the calls recorded on our phone system and have turned them over to the authorities.

Have received several calls from this number stating that I have legal issues or suits against me.
Have only returned their calls once and they asked if I had a lawyer. But they continue to call
constantly, but I don't return their calls.  We haven't gotten to the conversation of a loan because I
have not returned their calls.

This caller has called twice and "strongly" suggests I call right now. He identified himself as Officer Michael Gibbs (as best I can understand the very heavy Indian accent) from the US Fraud Investigation Department. He says something about "your name" and "legal matter" and stresses the urgency that I return the call or face the consequences. No mention to me about repaying a loan. Just a "legal matter." I have received similar calls from other numbers and reported them as well. By comparison, this call was mild, though threatening, nonetheless.

These people have been calling me for about a month now.  They have my personal information and claim I owe a payday advance from Feb 2010, which is false.  English is obviously a second language for them and they seem unfamiliar with basic business and legal terms. For instance they told me they were going to take the legal papers to the court people.  A supervisor on one call told me he was an attorney during a subsequent call I asked him if he was a lawyer and he said he wasn't.  This is obviously a scam and the last time they called (a few moments ago) I told them so.  Also when I asked for a number to company making the complaint they gave me 347-762-8995 and when called I get the same people.

Received calls on cell and at work from Officer Michael Gibbs  from US Crimes re legal matter. Will take legal action today.

This number called me several times today, he wa also able to call me from a number at my work place that can only receive calls not make calls out. He stated he was trying to collect a debt that I owed cash advance for a loan that I never received. They called me a total of ten times in a row from several different numbers, he stated his name was Officer Randall which was obviously NOT his name, by the 3rd phone call he was no longer interested in arresting me or collevting the debt he wanted to know where I was at so he could come pick me up. When I asked what he needed to pick me up for he stated cause he wants to "F***" me. I hung the phone up and he continued to call back 7 more times this is not the first time they have called however this is the first time they have ever gotten sexual. This needs to stop there are many single woman, elderly people they are calling that I am sure they are scamming out of cash or leaving in fear.

I just recieved a phone call from who ever this person is and they told me they were from the New York Police Department, because i work for a hotel and they are calling for someone who doesnt work here anymore, and hasnt in about 4 years.. he also screamed at me and told me i had to find a manager.

I recieved a call from this number   didn't call it  back  I knew this  waws a scam   The  man with an Indian accent  said his name  was officer Michael  something  and  I needed to  take car eof this legal matter     I know tis  a scam   I am just so tired of these people  able to call all the time

This number has called me daily and even called my work giving out my PERSONAL information. They have harrassed me at work and at home.. I don't have a loan except for the one on our house that we just back in June.  Starting about 2 weeks ago I have received about 15 calls and finally a message was left from an East Indian man named " Officer Kevin Ceasar" from the New York Police Department representing the United States Legal Firm. Stating that I had aquired a law suit against me and should find legal counsel for myself.  He had my SS#, my address, my email, my work, EVERYTHING, and who I worked for and that "only god can help me out of this legal mess. After calling them back and getting firm with them Office "Kevin Ceasar" finally informed me this was a Cash Advance Payday loan of $210 that was "given to me" and I owed back in 20 days. I NEVER received this $$ nor took out a loan. This man would not give me ANY information but did state that he would not be calling me back and that I would be receiving a call from Cash Advance in the next 48 hours to "work it out". THIS IS A SCAM and it needs to stop. Can we sue for emotional distress?

claiming i received money from a lone of 120.00 and i am under investigation and that i would be arrested. i wish to have them arrested for trying to receive money from a scam and stealing personal information
