I work for Comcast. Cust called to report receiving call from this #. She is an elderly person and when they asked her to type in info on her pc, she did it. After a few minutes, something he said (in a strong Indian accent), finally sent up a red flag. He told her he worked for Comcast and Microsoft. She realized it was a scam, hung up, called her IT tech to come pick up her pc and clean it, and then called Comcast to report this. DO NOT TALK TO THEM.. DONT ANSWER THE PH WHEN THEY CALL..

These people are hackers.  Do not engage with them on the phone and definitely don't give them any personal information.  It will cost you a couple of hundred dollars to remove their malware.
