They won't stop calling me, asking for anotherperson saying they want to serve civil papers. I do not no any ony by that name. They have been call for over three weeks a couple times a day.

These people have been calling me on a daily basis. I told them to update their records.. but nothing happens.. Does anyone have a clue on how to stop these guys

Receiving daily calls from someone referring to themselves as "Civil Procedures Collections" - They always ask for the name of the wrong person.  I've requested repeatedly that they not call.

I get the call a couple of times a week.  I have talked to them and told them over & over "Do Not call me, do not call me...until they hung up on me."

They keep calling my work number every single day looking for someone that I am not aware even works here. Saying they want to make sure someone will be there for these legal documents to be delivered. I tell them everytime wrong number and asked to be removed from their calling list and they said there isn't a calling list these are legal documents. They will notate it is the wrong number and then again today they called but hung up when I answered.

Message from this number, which keeps calling me, says that they are from some justice department wanting to serve me some legal papers for some guy i have never heard of.  They have called me about 10 different times

They are SFS, Incorporated/1 click cash pay day loans. They are a tribal loan entity(the Santee Sioux nation of Nebraska). The CEOs are Blane Tucker & Scott Tucker.

This number calls almost daily. Trying to serve papers on Trevor Allen. I've had this number for over 2 years. When I tell them I don't know who he is they say they will put it in their call long to quit calling me. Yet I continue to get cal after call

EVERY DAY THEY CALL and EVERY DAY I TELL THEM THEY HAVE THE WRONG #!  STILL THEY CALL THE NEXT DAY and the next day AND SAY THEY ARE SENDING PAPERS TO MY HOUSE for someone who DOES NOT LIVE HERE AND NEVER HAS! Yes, I have the same last name as the person they are looking for, but I'm NOT even the same sex! Today I asked them for the name of their company, they said "Civil Procedures Division" (there is no such company) She said they are in NYC. I asked for their address, she said "WE DON"T HAVE AN ADDRESS" and hung up. CLEARLY THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!

Just got a call from these people. Wanted to make sure someone was home to be served papers. I asked them first if they knew who they were calling. I knew if was a scam the moment I head "civil procedure division". Told them not to call this number anymore.

They called me yesterday at work. I asked for a number to call them back because there number came up blocked.He gave me a number and while I had him on my work phone I used my cell phone to call and the number was not a valid number. He told me that from 2 to 4 today he was going to serve me.  Good luck with that because we are under a winter storm watch today. Hung up and called the sheriff office which he claimed he worked for and they have nothing out ther for me.   What a scam!!!!

I been getting calls from this same number.  Every time they call they want to make sure that somebody is home tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow, and that somebody will be by to serve me with legal papers.  Nobody ever shows up.  I cursed them out, and threatened to call the cops saying that they are attempting to break into my house.  Don't even waste your time with these people

EVERYONE-  These people are fraudulent scammers.  DO NOT give them ANY information.  ALWAYS tell them that you want WRITTEN proof of the debt they CLAIM  you owe (p.s. you do not owe these scammers anything).  They will refuse to give you anything in writing USPS mail that is.  Why you ask?  Simply because IF they send you via mail a FAKE debt validation letter, that becomes a FEDERAL OFFENSE because they are now using the postal service as a means to extort money.  Tell them you are recording the phone call, they will HANG UP on you- does that sound legitimate????  Oh, also, process servers DO NOT call you before hand to tell you that you are being served!!!  A process server gets PAID ONCE THEY SERVE you court documents.  Why would they warn you that you are going to be served... that just would give you ADVANCED NOTICE to NOT BE HOME OR AT WORK.  A court case CANNOT move forward in civil court if you are not properly served... THEY DO NOT CALL AHEAD to tell you they are on their way!

Do what I do, I have the feature with my phone provider to forward certain callers to certain numbers. When I get one of these calls, I have that number now forwarded to the my attorney general's office!

These people called my family members asking for me. Telling them they were investigators and it was a matter about fraud. They scared my 78 yr old mother. When I called them back on the number they left, I got no answer the phone just kept ringing.

I got a call saying that they wanted to serve me with Legal papers.  I asked what about and got no response.  I told her to bring it on.  I have been the victim of a phone scam recently and this is most likely a scam.

Their latest tactic is to act like they served you the fake papers already. The BS ?lead processor ? says the date & time for the proceedings for my possible fraud case is on page 3 of the papers they?re pretending  they sent. Of course he didn?t give me the date & time himself because none exist. I have never committed any fraud in my life. Don?t let them scare you. They?re breaking the law not you, even if you did default on a payday loan. Nor can they arrest you for a bad check or a defaulted loan.

If this was Facebook, your comment would get a "like" from me. These scammers need to know not everyone falls for their bull.

They keep calling myself and my mom as well. They say they are trying to serve legal papers. My mom called the local Sheriff's Dept. and filed a report. This is a scam. Do not give them any information. They all from all kinds of numbers and say the same things. If you say you are going to record the call they hang up. They act like they are a debt collector. I called the credit bureau and I didn't have anything outstanding. Looking at other sites they may be a debt collection co, but they have either purchased some very old files that are like 30 years old. They try to wear you down and get information. DON"T GIVE THEM ANYTHING....HANG UP! They will still keep calling and calling no matter what you do. We need to figure out a way to get rid of these people, that are abusers of the system.

They keep calling my brother asking if I'll be home at a certain time so they can serve me papers.  When they call you tell them go ahead they will just get mad, shout and try to intimidate and then hang up. I've done this several times when they call me and nobody has ever showed up to serve me papers and no one has filed a law suit or criminal charges in court.  This is completely bogus.  Don't fall for their scare tactics.
