Got message also saying that a loan was taking out , but no indication of this was made by a company called day/ Lender. So don't know what' sup with that said it would cost me 3000$ no way I'm calling on this tomorrow of this number should I ?

I got an email to my gmail account this morning.  The email said that they were going to charge me with wire fraud, theft by deception, etc.  So I called to see what this was about, a non-American person answered the phone, said that ACS was filing suit on me because of a payday loan I took out in 2012.  I told them that I did not take out a loan and I filed for bankruptcy.  They hung up on me.  I tried calling back then phone rang once and went to a busy signal.

I also forwarded this information to my attorney's office.

If it was legit, why would they not call me?  Why would they send to my gmail account and not registered mail?

I got an e-mail through my business e-mail that I was being Sued, I must give them a call within 2 days, or they are prosecuting me for a supposed loan default, etc.....they are calling me non-stop and calling my husband n on stop at work...  i want them to be found and charged with illegal processes!!!

I got the Same type of email on 2/8/13. I think this is one BIG scam!!!

I also got an email threatening lawsuit and IRS and payroll seizure.

I got the same e-mail today. There is not any name just < This is to inform you ................>They sent the same e-mail to anybody, this is weird.

Got an e-mail about suing me and said that they called various times...who sends legal documents via e-mail and thru g-mail no less...

I also got an email from them. If it were real, they wouldnt have sent it from a gmail account

If you don't know how, have a geek friend/coworker look at email headers to figure out where it came from.

Received email also that they are sueing me...and that they were coming to my work to get the money!
