Got a call from phone # 1-347-815-5684.. The guy who left the message said his name was John Johnson from the federal legislative legal department. He barely spoke english so I had to listen to the message a few times to truly understand what he was saying. When i called back I spoke to the "attorney" Adam Garcia. He wanted the name of my attorney and stated that I had 3 criminal charges filed against me. When i asked him to tell me what were the charges he just hung up. Now when i try to call back it rings 3 times then just beeps and hangs up. Glad I decided to investigate this number further. Thanks for all the info..

I was at work when I got a call from a man stating he was an attorney from the Federal Legislative Legal Dept. He told me I had three federal charges against me and that I was going to be arrested. When I began to question him, he became very rude and told me to get ready to be behind bars. Never give any information over the phone.

The same people 347-815-5684 just called my job  told me I had a criminal case and to call Adam Garcia @ 347-815-5735. I called him he answered the phone professionally and told me I have a criminal case in the Bronx, I told him I don't go nor live in NY. Then he said not to piss him off and give him the information my SS# or I am going to jail. I cursed him out and he hung up. When I called back from a different number he answered I cursed him and he hung up again. How do they get all this information??

They call my employer's main number, and somehow get forwarded to me.   Not really happy that our receptionist is doing that.   I need to talk with her boss.
 
Regardless, just like the others, its some kind of factious legal problem, and they are attempting to use panic to get something from me (money).

I also hav recieved calls from this number at my work and on my cell phone stating that I have three criminal cases filled against me. They hung up on me a few times and was yelling. When I had finally got them to tell me what as going on he said that I am going to be arrested and they were going to let my emloyer know. They didn't even get the chance to ask me for money I hung up on them and will not answer there calls. ITS A SCAM FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These jokers have called my job and my cell phone.  I played call back with them a few times, and these very foreign guys are not polite at all.  I think I am most irritated by the fact that they obviously think they are dealing with an idiot.  There is no federal legislative legal department, and no government agency is going to contact anyone without first sending out a legal notice in the mail.  Also, the US Government provides toll free numbers to contact them, not some private number that goes to people that can barely be understood.  PLEASE people...DON'T be fooled by them!! They are about as legitimate as an $8 bill.

This number 347-815-5735 called me 50 times plus calling my work. Really rude and said that I was speaking to a "federal attorney" and that i gave 3 criminal charges against me, which I do not. He asked me the same questions, social, work, date of birth which he already knew. He kept hanging up on me and said how rude I was that I was asking for verification and that the charges were. After 4 hang ups on me he said I was rude and that I was going to be arrested. I know a lot of state troopers, one of them being my brother, and wondering if I can report this to the police. They are harassing me at work and wont stop calling my cell phone. Adam Garcia was the "federal attorney" and I want him reported. Let me know what you all think.

I received a call this morning at work,  stating that I have Federal Charges and that I need to call a Mr. Garcia @347-815-5735.
They know my address and last 4 digits of my social security number.  When I called Mr. Garcia, he even knew where I work at.
I stated that I work at a Jail and that I do not have any charges against me.  He stated that when I get locked up, then I will be staying in the jail I work for. NO WAY SCAM.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE.  THEY NEED TO BE LOCKED UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

These people called my job. When I stated I can not receive personal phone calls at work he said well give me my money. I laughed and said I don't have any he said you have a criminal case against Meir not given attention I would be going to jail. I hng up.

I just received the same call but they wasn't expecting someone with a law enforcement background to call their bluff.

At 14:12 I received a phone call from a Steven Black @ 347-815-5684 and he was looking for me and when I ask him to which this call was in regards to Black stated that he was with the Federal Legislation Legal Department and that I had 3 criminal cases against me in their office.  I then in return ask what the charges were and Black stated that I had to call and talk to the Attorney Adam Garcia @ 347-815-5735.  I ask him what his position was and he stated that he was the paralegal and that he could not give me his information.  He became very angry when I told him that a paralegal can give you the charges that you are "Supposed" to be charged with the paralegal cannot give you legal advice they can only refer you to an attorney that specializes in what ever your case maybe.  I called the local FBI where I live and I then called the FTC Federal Trades Commission and I have called the Texas Attorney General's Office and filed a complaint with them and I think these boys are going down!!!

Scam for sure. Could not understand the phone number with the poor English. This is a SCAM!!

a man name david peterson call me and stated that i had 3 crimianl charges against me, i ask him what law enforcement angency did he work for he told me too hold and then a man name adam gracia said if i dint pay the inpaid balance i would be in jail i would lose my job, i reported this 347-815-5735 to internet fraud here in california, these people need to be stop and put in jail!

they are scams they got money out of me.  they threathent me with jail and they would sue me for 5,000 to 10,000 dollars. this was on friday.  On satuday they try to get more money.  then today another man call and try another scam me.  they are evil people.  please don't let them hurt u.

I have been receiving calls from this number claiming I have federal charges being pressed against me. So when I asked "What is the nature of this call?....Can you identify yourself for me?...I also asked for him to give me his SS number" he got really upset and very rude. He also informed me that I will be arrested and hung up on me. If you see these numbers hang up on them. Dont give them the time of day!

Also been receiving call from this number, they indicated that I have criminal activity against me and if I did not give them me last 4 of my SS, they could not stop the police from arresting me. When I questioned them about the charges they indicated they needed my SS# so they can look up my case...
I told them they were scamming people and they hung up.

Been recieving calls from this number and the counter number which is 347-815-5684.  After researching the number I called them on their scam...which it is! they want you to send them money or you will be put injail or arrested and not to delay or disregaurd this message because they can not help me if I do.  When I asked any question they got nasty and rude and hung up kn me only to call back a couple hours later Nd act like they had never talked to me.  They are also affiliated with a loan compNy that will loan you 1500 all you have to do to prove you are real is buy a cash card and send them 500.00.  After that within 20 min they will transfer the 1500.00 plus the 500.00 into your bank account.  NOTHING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!  Research on the numbers comes back that either way is a scam to get money from you from Brooklyn not DC where they say they are located!  RUN from them and their SCAM!!!

A Man mame Jason Black called and said this is from the Federal Legislation Legal Department. I wanted to know what the call was about, but he did't say anything and hung up the phone. I called the original number 347-815-5684 and another Man picked up the phone. I asked what company is this and where is from, he Aldo hung up the phone.
