I receive a call from this number at least daily.  I am not able to call it back.  I have voice mail, but the number never leaves a message.  Hopefully, this is election related and will cease after 11/4.

I've been getting calls from the same number, actually several numbers that begin with 347-821-48xx.  For weeks!  When I answer the phone they hang up and when they call back I get a busy signal.

The organization claimed the call center is used by multiple charities, I'm not sure, but I was called about 5-6 times a day on two phones (both on the do-not-call list). The organization being represented was Bikur Cholim, at 1491 Conrad Ave, NY, NY. Most of the time, picking up the call on my end is dead on the other end (no agents to pick up the call).

No one on the line.  I think this is from a Jewish charity call center.

This is not from the McCain campaign. This was checked out and it was Obama people spreading the rumor.

Just an addendum... area code 347 is New York City, excluding the burrough of Manhattan.  Why McCain's Robo-Calls would come from the East Coast (as opposed to the centre of the USA) is any body's guess... but I was told that this is what they are; Sarah Palin indicated that a LOT OF PEOPLE have bvecome pissed (since all of the machines don't seem to be in working order).  Perhaps Mt. McCain could arrange the Robo-Calls to send an apology with spoken voice.  But it's 2008, calls fly over the Internet. Who knows.  One more addendum... I was leaning toward a vote for McCain; you can cancel that now.  I have gotten 347=821 calls as late a s 11 o'clock at night. I know people become desperate, but thic crap can lose an election and exacy a it can get you a vote. CANDIDATE BEWARE. I AM SO ANGRY NOW... I sleep in the dsytime, and these calls wake me up all day long. "Down With Robo-Calls".

Me too!  I have been getting them in the last few days...I answer, I hear someone is on the other end but no one speaks, then I hang up.  I tried calling the number back but it says the number is not in service and then code 03.  Don't know what to do but now I know will not answer obviously...Reporting to the police though and the  FCC.  Think we all should do this

my caller id tracked the following numbers 1-374-821-4823, 4846, 4821, 4804,
4806, 4824, 4825,4807.  I have been getting these calls on a daily basis, at least two or three a day
