Really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! U think paying them to shut up is worth your hard earned dollars to pay them to leave u alone is worth it? Again, they won and are living off your $$$$$$. You must have done that, because you wanted to let them win. I am tired of getting taken advantage of. So ,WHATEVER!

I have got numerous calls from different numbers claiming that I owe a loan company alot of money. First of all I have taken out a loan with other companies and they're method of getting money returned is very structured. They give time for you to pay. Not just a month then start harrassing you. I read reviews about the numbers contacting me and have came to one conclusion. They're scam artists who have some how hacked into the loan system with a certain company and are trying to get people's money. First off they use fake names, secondly they threaten people, and thirdly when I have called its always someone foreign. Once when I returned the call, the background noise was a television. Come on now. I have reported this to the FTC and plan to take further legal actions if the calls don't stop.

Now her name is Susan Wright and it is the same old drivel. I just do not answer the phone if I do not recognize the number and let it go to voice mail, then I save it. I now have 19 saved voice mails. I figure if I just let it go on, they will get tired and stop. Or maybe I will have my fiance answer the next time. I think I will. Just do not answer if you do not know the number calling.

These people are calling my work number everyday; sometimes more than 3 times. We have a lot branch offices and they sometimes call the branches and ask to be routed to my desk at the branch where I work.  They are scammers and say they are from ACS and all speak with a foreign accent, but use American names like Jenny Johnson, David Brown (who claims to be with the Federal Bureau of Fraud Investigation) and others.  They are reading from a script because they say the same thing everytime they call. They are also very rude and threatening.  I have reported them to FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and my State Attorney General's Office to no avail.  If you have ever had a payday loan, they will have your information.  Someone needs to stop them immediately.  I have even gotten calls from 011 area code, which is in the Bahamas.

I do not owe anyone money and they call and say I owe them on the recording. they do have the last 4 of my social which is scary. I do not call them back

Two calls to our residential line today from a woman calling herself Mona Barker of ACS asking for Carla Geddings to contact Noel Akimoto. Mona wants Carla to tell Noel to call 347-844-6831 to clear up a "legal matter".

No one by the names of Carla Geddings or Noel Akimoto here. I called the number "Mona" left--got a recording that the call could not be completed as dialed.

ans is simple just pay the money they would definately stop calling.
i think that by paying just few $ if they stop calling then its worth.

I am tired of this too. These people nee dto be stopped. Thet call and give werid numbers, and are very rude on the phone. They claim to send you to court and they cant even speak clear english.I ASK them where they are calling from and they say ACS and say a threat and keep calling. I called my payday loans and they told me to call homeland security to turn them in. I HATE THE CALLS!!! They been bugging me for  months. i got a call from this number but the caller ID had another number on it i asked for a company phone number it was this number  its FRAUD FORIERNERS AND FRAUDS they need to get a life and quit trying to scam hard working AMERICANS!! GOD BLESS THEM ALL!!

This person was calling me on my OFFICE NUMBER looking for a friend of mine. They left a message and the person did not speak good English at all. The message was very hard to understand. Anyhow, I called the that they left on my voice-mail and asked  that they remove my number from their database. The number that came up on my caller-id was a non-working number. They said that they would remove my number from their database.

got another call from these people today twice and they said if i did not call back something bad would happen to me, i am so sick of me and other us citizens getting run over by some scammers from over seas.

The Same Susan Wright has called my work non stop for about a week now.! Every time I ask them for information they get an attitude and hang up. It's one thing that they call my cell phone (which I can ignore) it's another that they call my job! Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling my work place?

No i know that i have taken a loan from a company. And they are helping me out in this matter they are quite genuine persons....

My husben is getting many phone calls from this number well he is at work. His jobs is about to firer him because of this people keeping calling. They called him like 3 months ago and yesterday and again this morrning. They don't even give you a chance to call them back. I called them back to see what this is from they don't give me a name of the company and also say that my husben took out a payday  loan online.  I ask them to send me some  info to show me that they have proof but they say they can't because of there rules. I really think this is a scam to get money from people. Also if we don't pay the (loan) back they will take us to court, and also you dont get a chance to say yeah we will go to court they make the decision for you. So we will go to court to see who wins, I just can not take this anymore. We will just get them for harssment.

Getting call from 347-844-6831 says name is mark jones keeps harrassing me and needs to stop ASAP. These type of people are out of controll.

I have recieved a lot of calls from a man by the name of Richard Miller.  When I asked for his boss he told me he wasn't avaiable then I asked who I owed and he couldn't tell me the name of the company but he could tell me the balance of 786.00.  I started to laugh and he said he was going to proceed with legal action.  I told him go ahead I was going to report him to everyone I could so now I am.  I hope this helps everyone I reported to homeland security as well as the FTC.

Person with mid eastern access claiming to be John Williams called and told me that there was a case developing with my name and my SS# and that he I didn't call them back something bad will happen to me.   I had a simular call about a month a go from the same type of people calling from another number who called and threaten my mom.   I called those people back and and told them to stop calling me and my family.  They told me they were putting there attorney on the phone who threatened to have me fired from my job.  These people are crazy and insane.  After I called them back several times and they finally answered the call and said they didn't want to talk to me and called me a B**** and hung up.  Never heard from that number again.   3478446831

I keep getting calls from ACS phone # 347-844-6831. Eric Foster says I have a payday loan out with USA, Advance Cash USA he doesn't even know the correct company.  I do not have a loan out with these people. Also said if not paid there will be a judgement against me.  Told him to go away.  The next day he calls my company only this time he tells the secretary the same crap about her. She told him where to put in in no uncertain terms.

This is a scam. They will cheat you in any way they can.

I just received a call and was told to call this number back.  I will not do so because this is a scam.  This happened to me a few months back and after reviewing comments, was told it would happen again...which it has.  I've contacted the police, my attorney, my bank and others to report them.  Please people, do not give in to this scam.

I got a call from a Susan Wrigth as well. Used terms like affadavit, legal matter, ssn, press charges. I dont fall for that crap. What nonsense. Dont know how they have my info. Could be anything. Very similar to another scam threatening legal action for people to give up cc #.

This number 347-844-6831called me and said I owe money to a payday loan but would not give me any information.  They threatened me with court and were very rude to me.  I asked them for the boss and he was not available (how convenient).  He told me to mind my tongue even though I wasn't cursing and he hung up on me....  I was so scared...but reading these replies make me see that this is all a scam.

You don't pay these guys any money because they will keep calling even more but using different numbers and different names. They are scammers. I reported them to my local police and they claim that they repoted all the information to the Idaho Attorney General. The Attorney General says he can't do anything because the calls come across from other states or out of the country. I'll bet if this was a terrioist they would be on it in seconds. They are in a way terrorists to us because they keep calling our phones and our work to get us in trouble.

I answered the phone told them they are calling the wrong person. BS. They stop calling me using the 646-224-9884 on April 14 after more than 30 call and using 208-557-9031 about 17 times. Now their saying they have to take an affidavit for ACS. First of all that's a lie. they are scammers. no company who goes by the law does this. REMEMBER THE LAW PROHIBITS COMPANIES ESPECIALLY COLLECTION AGENCY FROM CONTACTING YOU MORE THAN ONCE A DAY. I had them call me 6 times in one day in a row. ILLEGAL.
