This guy called said name was John Wilson (Indian) or something ....called my job said that he was calling on behalf of Tyrone and Assoc. Immediately I cut him off and verified the telephone number he called me from and advised that he is not to contact me at my place of employment anymore or I will file charges with the FCC I told him any business he wishes to discuss could be done via USPS?? then 1 min later Officer Brown called from same number ? I saw the address listed on someone?s comment shown above I repeated the address to him and said that?s where I will be mailing my certified ?CESASE AND DESIST? letter and hung up ??.. This guys name is Frank Foster claiming to be a lawyer from New York.  He has all kind of personal information about me telling me to make a full payment to him immediatly or he will contact the local police to arrest me.  I have an account with a collection agency and have been told that they DO NOT OPERATE IN THIS MANNER!

I want this person to be arrested for harrasing people who are just trying to live day by day with no job except being a stay at home parent making sure my kids get to school everyday.  My credit adjuster said that they steel information from their database and make phoney calls to collect payment on accounts adding extra amounts for themselves.  With no receipt of being paid in full.

I also have been contacted by a Frank Foster claiming to be a criminal lawyer from the New York City Law Department.  He gives a Bar code # 310515.  I demanded his address which is 100 Church Street, NY, NY 10007.  He is claiming that I will go to jail if I do not pay.  I have an account with a collection agency for $315.00.  He demanded payment of $337.00 in which I paid, but it went to someone else in Florida.  I contacted my credit agency and they said to stop payment due to them being FRAUD!  I have been told that the collection agencies do not send out collection DEMAND FOR PAYMENT OR JAIL!  His phone number is 1 (347) 851-7114 and his fax # 1 (206) 222-2791.  Which he tells you that it can not be sent from your home fax, it has to be a commercial fax machine!  (totally bogus)!

I WANT THESE CALLS TO STOP.  THEY ASK FOR A PHOTO ID COPY SENT TO THEM WITH A COPY OF YOUR BANK STATEMENT.  THE FAX AND PHONE NUMBER COME UP ON GOOGLE AS A SCAM!

DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING, NO MATTER HOW CONVINCING MR. FRANK FOSTER SOUNDS WITH HIS INDIAN VOICE AND CHIT CHAT IN THE BACKGROUND.  I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BEFORE FOR THIS SAME ACCOUNT TO BE PAID, SO NOW I AM ALERTING ALL TO THIS WAY OF STEELING INFORMATION TO MAKE YOU SCARED INTO PAYMENT.
