Just got a text from this number about buying a car. NY number, I am in MD. Wanted to purchase through paypal sight unseen. Texted back that I already had a cash offer.

Pretty sure this is a number for a scammer. Attempted to get a car from me. Quoted an outrageous price to them to confirm that they were, and they agreed. This was done via texting.
