Yea just got the same thing and they definitely have a Verizon list. I got another similar one the other day from a different number directing me to a false verizon website asking me to update a bunch on information. All scams... Shame on verizon for not doing a better job of blocking these things...

Got the same text message after talking to some one from craigslist. It's deffinitley a scam, verizion would never ask for you credit card information, they have it already.

Just got a text from this number saying I could test and have a free iPad3, so I went to the website it sent me www.ipadtrials.info and it took me to another page after I filled out address and email(which I wasn't honest about), and it then took me to another page of surveys talking about charging my cell phone 9.99 a month for some crap, so it may be a Verizon thing or just some other way of getting me to pay more a month or have 9.99 taken out of my account each month?...
