Its a scam. The message was sent by a thief. He will trick you into giving him money. He will never give you a phone.
Delete the message.

They use an auto-dialer that calls every number in a series. Or the text is sent from a computer that is programmed to work like an auto dialer.

They shouldn't be allowed to send text messages out to people for that very reason that they cost per message. Yes it is minimal, but with the rise of more dreaded telemarketers these will probably be racking up a bill all on their own.
