I asked them why they where yelling at me, and told them I would be waiting for the police car. John then told me he wishes me luck after serving 15-30 years in jail. I told my wife the next time they call Johnny Cochran would be answering the phone...lol I enjoy giving these guys a hard time when they call, it makes my day when I ask them where they are from and how long have they been here, and if they would like to take part in my home business.

A man with a heavy Indian accent who supposedly is named John Johnson (LOL) calls and leaves a message stating, "This is an important matter, we have to speak to you or your attorney, please do not disregard this message. If you or your retained attorney do not contact me then all I can do is wish you luck as the situation unfolds in your hands." This is ridiculous and so is he.

The same exact thing that Monica said is true they also told me that I had to stay on the line with them until I sent the money through moneygram or I would be arrested. Don't send them any money they are scammers.

Yes, it's a scam artist. Don't bother calling them back. They have a heavy Indian accent and tell you you or your attorney need to return the call and don't disregard the message. These fraudulent people are part of a criminal extortion scam operationg out of India. They call you using VOIP and the names of the legitimate fims to make it appear the calls are originating from within the U.S. They buy your personal information from unscrupulous websites like ones where people take out pay day loans from. You can contact the FCC at http://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov. You should also place fraud alerts with the three major credit bureaus, notify your bank and employer. These criminals attempt to extort money from you for either a non-existent debt (this happened to me) or one's that were already paid off.
