caller hung up before I could answer not able to return call. It is probably a scam.

I was getting the scam calls also but found a way for them to never call again . . . blow hard into a whistle into the phone after pressing 9!  They never called back!

I, too, have gotten 30+ calls from this scam in the past 4 months or so.  I spoke with Wesley today and I told him I was going to file a police report for harassment.  In PA, repeated communication with no legitimate purpose constitutes harassment.  He said they had a legitimate purpose - to lower my credit card rate.  I told him if they were legitimate, they would follow PA telemarketing laws and show a valid caller id number.  His response was "we would follow PA laws if we were in PA, but we're not in PA so we don't have to follow their laws."  WRONG!!!  I told him that if you call someone in PA, you must adhere to PA law.  He hung up...  I filed 6 complaints with PA Attorney General at http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/ComplaintForms/dnc_form.aspx

What is with all the oddly placed capital letters??? Do you even proofread your writing? What is an "OTHERTHAN"? You must definitely work for a credit card company! We are all laughing at you.

I report this number every time they call me 352-000-7623.  If we all report every incident, it will be investigated, the company will be fined and put out of business.

I receive calls from this number and others like it that is from Rachel at Cardholder Services about lowering my interst rates.  They call at least twice every day so finally I pressed 9 to speak to someone.  The first time when I nicely asked to be taken off the list, they hung up.  Today when I did the same thing the woman said "You don't want to save money" when I told her no, I just want off the list she got really nasty and said "You just want to throw away your money and not save it" and then hung up!!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!  I called the phone company up to try to do something about these constant annoying (understated) people calling.  I was informed it is a scam so are with the phone calls about your car warranty running out soon.  If you are on the no call list you can prosecute but have to involve the police and *57, your phone company should be able to help you.  The person with the phone company also told me to call the attorney general with a complaint and ask them why there isn't a consumer alert about this out.  A number of states have put an end to these scams.  I got phone calls from this number 352-000-7623 and 407-000-3131 with the same message and idiots on line.  Trust me I wish I could reach through the phone lines and touch someone!!!!  But they hide behind a coded phone number and are rude cowards.  I will prosecute them if possible.  We need to put a stop to them!

I just got called twice within an hour, once from 1-407-000-3131, and once from 1-352-000-7623.  Thankfully we have caller ID so I will never answer to these numbers again.  I find it ironic that the automated lady, "Rachel", warns you that it's your FINAL NOTICE to lower your interest rates, yet we have been receiving several calls a month. (We are on the national do not call list).  Every time this happens I politely request to be removed from their call list, and they either act like they haven't heard a word I've said, or they mumble a goodbye and hang up.  I've even told them we're not IN debt, so don't call again. Doesn't work. It's an annoyance and a hoax, IMHO.

Sorry...yOUR credit card Company  DOES call  with  Protective plans they want you to take.  They also call to notify YOU  if theres sudden large charges  which is NOT within yur past spending profile.  Discover has done this several times  when  my husband  has bought large ticket items back to back.........  Also, got informed that someone OTHERTHAN us,  was trying to send money overseas off our credit card.  They referred us to our local police dept!!!  We also found out, someone was applying  for credit  using our company as an employee....SO, not all these calls  are phoney!!!

It was a man this time and he hung up abruptly when I asked him (politely) how to get off this calling list.  I've had umpteen calls from this number.  How do we find out who it is and how do we stop these annoying calls?

I have been called by this company daily. I have no visa or MasterCard at all! So there should be no reason why they have my name on any list. Also I am on the National do not call list. So when I told them that they hang up on me. I cant wait to get a hold of someone from that company!!!!!

Call from 352-000-7623. Called about "my credit card". Press 9 to speak with a live representative. I asked for their name ... it was "Account Services". He hung up on me when I politely asked to speak to someone about getting off of their call list.

Would someone bust these S.O.B.'s!! I am on do not call list. They call once a week at least!!!

I am on the do not call list but I get these calls about "your credit card' all the time.  My credit card NEVER does this so this is a scam of some kind>
