Guys i promise it's a scam, he goes by the name of Brian or Freddy. It truly is a scam. Of you get a call from this number out the 1055 one, it's a man trying to scam people out of money. If you ignore him, nothing will happen. I've ignored him and he left me alone.
Don't send him money. Nothing will happen. Legitimate police forces make you pay directly through the court.

hey yall I called the sheriff's office that he calmed to be apart of and told the Sargent on duty the whole story and he said I was the second one to call this week about him.  he filed a report to their fraud dept. and told me to file another report with my local
PD which I did.  the sheriff office number is 407-348-2222 and ask to speak with the robbery Sargent Griffin.

I have an mbuzzy as well and said the same thing everyone on here is saying. I got so scared and i still am cause i dont want to go to jail im still a minor. I cant go to jail now. And if this realy is a scam its not a funny one either.

I spoke to three officers of law in person and they all said that police do not use money gram or western union to pay fines. So that should be enough proof for anyone caught in trouble. If you've already given him money,  i recommend not worrying about it, but if you're like me then sue him. Tell his local police department everything you can to aid in his capture.

Thanks, i did  a bit of research and found that this number is legitimately a scam artist. His local police department confirmed that they do have a money scam going around. 1. An officer would not tellyou to pay through moneygram or westernunion, but through the court. 2.his voicemail would label his job title. 3. Even if he was legitimate, I am out of his jurisdiction. 4. This man was showing signs of smoking marijuana, and his accent changed from forced, to relaxed. When I asked his police department number he gave the legitimate number, however he didn't anticipate me to ask where he was. The real officer from which he borrowed the name was off duty. It is a scam artist. I figured this out from a personal run in with this dumb f*** of a man.

The real IRS does not call you if there's a problem with your taxes, backtaxes, penalties, etc - they send you a letter via USPS snail mail.  And you're absolutely correct - they DEFINITELY do not call from cell phones!  Good catch!

Because cops don't call you ahead of time saying you have x amount of charges - they just show up and arrest you!

How can you tell its fake? He called me saying i had 2 counts of sex charges. Solicitation of a minor and attempted sexual battery. Those are in person charges, i dont even live in fl.
